Zdravo. Napravio sam zahtev za povlačenje iz mrsloti kazina gore navedenog datuma. Rekli su mi da će povlačenje trajati maksimalno 7-21 dan, što sam mislio da je malo dugo, ali još uvek nisam sumnjao u faul igru.... Do sada.
Prošao je 61 dan od kada sam podneo zahtev za povlačenje. Rečeno mi je mnogo različitih stvari, od kojih se čini da su mnoge samo kopirane i nalepljene poruke na koje se vraćaju svaki put kada ih pitam šta se, zaboga, dešava. Nastavljaju da pomeraju stative svaki put kada se raspitam o svom povlačenju (u proseku 3 puta nedeljno. Mislim da nisam dovoljno rano pritisnuo na njih, a sada misle da sam gurman i da sam GLUPA! ne treba mi novac mozda,ne znam ali mi treba taj novac i jako mi je potreban da budem iskren.Samo nisam ni jednog trenutka slutio da ce proci dva meseca bez isplate!Rekli su mi da se vikendi ne racunaju kao radni dani za njihovo odeljenje za finansije, iako je i pored toga prošlo 45 radnih dana od kada sam podneo zahtev za povlačenje! Svaki put kada ih kontaktiram putem ćaskanja uživo, oni mi kažu da budem strpljiv i kažu da postoji problem sa finansijama tima i povlačenja.Morao bih da se složim sa ovom izjavom.Da postoji veliki problem što ne isplaćuju i tačka.Tako da su mi rekli da se isplate obrađuju hronološkim redom.Rekli su da povlačenje mora biti detaljno prođeno i da mi čak ni juče ne mogu dati vremenski okvir kada ću ga dobiti! Mislim da ćete se složiti, da je ovo potpuno smešno i prilično sam siguran da je ovo sajt za prevaru, sa kojeg NIKAD neću biti isplaćen! Nadam se i molim se da ćete moći da mi priteknete u pomoć i da mi pomognete ovde, pošto sam primetio da ste bili u mogućnosti da pomognete drugima – i sa istim određenim kazinom – koji su odvedeni na vožnju ovako. Oni i dalje koriste reč USKORO u razgovoru, ali tu reč koriste od prvog dana! Činjenica je da „USKORO" nikada ne dolazi i da se povlačenje nikada ne dešava! Ako ne mogu da dobijem pomoć oko ovoga, oni će me samo trčati okolo govoreći i vraćati se na stvari koje su ranije rekli. Oni to rade kako bi sve više i više udaljavali isplatu, nadajući se da ću na kraju odustati. Zašto bih? Neću! Potreban mi je ovaj novac, jer imam porodicu za prehranu! Jedna stvar koju moram da napomenem je da sam imao još jedan nalog pre nekoliko godina, koji sam zatvorio, onda sam ih kontaktirao u ćaskanju uživo da vidim da li mogu ponovo da ga otvorim i operater za ćaskanje je rekao „da, možete to da uradite ili možemo samo da vam otvorimo još jedan novi nalog" Tako da sam otvorio novi nalog sa drugom adresom e-pošte. Mislim da ovo nije problem jer sam to proverio kod njih i rečeno mi je da je "sve u redu sa vašim povlačenjem" Takođe moj nalog nikada nije bio zaključan i bilo mi je dozvoljeno da igram sve vreme. Imam dosta snimaka ekrana razgovora ako treba da ih pošaljem kasnije. Stalno mi govore, poslaćemo podsetnik finansijskom timu i oni će vam se javiti. Nisu mi se javili ni jednom u 61 dan, iako je dovoljno smešno što svaki dan dobijam promotivnu e-poštu, koja me poziva da prokockam više novca! Mislim da mi je rečeno da će podsetiti odeljenje za "finansije" oko 30 puta za 60 dana. Ponekad kažu da će to označiti kao hitno. Međutim, sada, u nedavnom razvoju događaja, ove nedelje su mi rekli da uopšte nemaju kontakt ili uticaj na odeljenje finansija! Ozbiljno sumnjam da je bilo koji podsetnik UOPŠTE poslat da budem iskren. U svakom slučaju, mislim da sam napravio prilično jasnu sliku o tome kroz šta prolazim sa ovim kazinom i šta se čini da se dešava. Nedavno su rekli da se sada razmatra procena RIZIKA, za koju kažu da će ponovo potrajati duže, što dalje odbacuje isplatu! Optimista sam da biste mogli da mi pomognete sa ovim MOLIM VAS..

Hello. I made a withdrawal request from mrsloty casino on the above date. They told me the withdrawal was going to take 7-21days maximum, which I thought was a bit long, but still never suspected foul play....Until now.
61 days have now passed since I made the withdrawal request. I have been told many different things, alot of which seems to be just copied and pasted messages which they revert to each time I ask them what on earth is going on. They keep moving the goalposts each time I enquire about my withdrawal (on average 3 times per week. I think I have not applied enough pressure to them early enough, and now they think that I am a pushover and that i am STUPID! That i dont need the money maybe, i dont know but i need that money and i need it badly to be honest. I just did not suspect for one moment, that two months would pass with no payout! They have told me that weekends do not count as working days for their finance department, though even with that it is 45 working days since I made my withdrawal request! Each time I contact them via live chat they are telling me to be patient and they are saying there is a problem with the finance team and the withdrawals. I would have to agree with this statement. Yes there is a huge problem being that they are not paying out, period. So they have told me that the withdrawals are being processed in chronological order. They have said that the withdrawal must be gone through in huge detail and that even as recently as yesterday, they cannot give me a timeframe for when I will recieve it! I think you will agree, that this is utterly ridiculous and I am pretty certain that this is a scam site, from which I will NEVER be paid out! I am hoping and praying that you will be able to come to my aid and give me some assistance here, as I have noticed that you have been able to help others- and with the same particular casino aswell-who have been taken for a ride like this. They keep using the word SOON in the conversation, but they have been using that word since day one! The fact is that "SOON" never comes and the withdrawal never happens! If I cant get assistance with this, they will just keep giving me the run around saying and reverting back to things they have said earlier. They do this to push the payout further and further away, hoping that I will eventually give up. Why should I? I will not! I need this money, as i have a family to feed! One thing I need to mention is that I had another account a couple of years back, which I closed, then I contacted them on live chat to see if I could reopen it and the chat operator said "yes, you can do that, or we can just open another new account for you" So i opened a new account with a different email address. I don't think this is an issue as I checked it with them and I was told "everything is fine with your withdrawal" Also my account was never locked and i was allowed to play all along. I have plenty of screenshots of conversations if you need me to send them at a later date. They keep telling me, we will send a reminder to the finance team and they will get back to you. They have not gotten back to me once in 61 days, though funny enough I recieve promotional email every single day, urging me to gamble more money! I think I have been told they will remind the "finance" department about 30 times in 60 days. Sometimes they are saying they will mark it as urgent. However now, in a recent development, they have told me this week, that they have no contact or influence over the finance department at all! I seriously doubt any reminders have been sent AT ALL to be honest. Anyway I think I have painted a pretty clear picture of what I am going through with this casino and what seems to be going on. They have most recently said that it is now being looked at for RISK assessment, which they say will take longer again, pushing the payout away further! I am optimistic you may be able to assist me with this PLEASE..
