Možete li molim vas da nam kažete kada i zašto je vaš prvi nalog zatvoren? Da li vam je kazino dozvolio da napravite novi nalog? Kada ste poslednji put razgovarali sa kazinom i o čemu se radilo?
Imajte na umu da je kreiranje više naloga striktno protivno pravilima kazina i oni imaju pravo da ih zatvore i ponište bilo kakav balans na njima.

Could you please advise when and why was your first account closed? Did the casino allow you to create a new account? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
Please note that creating multiple accounts is strictly against the casino rules and they have the right to close them and void any balance on them.
