Could you please advise how long were you a player of the casino and when exactly was your account blocked? What games did you play to accumulate your current balance in the casino? (slots, live games, multiplayer)
When did the casino inform you they will be returning your deposit?
Please note when the casino decides to return deposits, this might take an unusually long time, up to several months in some cases in our experience.
