Hvala na email. Nažalost, došli smo do tačke u kojoj ne možemo da nastavimo dalje sa ovom žalbom. Generalno, sada bismo pokušali da stupimo u kontakt sa kazinom i zatražimo njihovo objašnjenje, međutim, ovaj ima 10+ slučajeva zatvorenih kao „Politika bez reakcije", što jasno pokazuje da kazino nije zainteresovan za saradnju sa nama.
Nažalost, primorani smo da zatvorimo vašu žalbu kao „nerešenu". Ovo će uticati na ukupnu ocenu kazina. Razumem da ovo nije zadovoljavajuće rešenje za vaš problem, međutim, smanjenje ocene izazvano nerešenim žalbama može da promeni pristup kazina.
Nažalost, nemamo drugog izbora jer se čini da je uobičajena praksa Nacionalnog kazina da nas potpuno ignoriše u našim pokušajima da posredujemo u bilo kakvom pitanju. Proverite sve naše neuspele pokušaje da pregovaramo.
Poslali smo brojne mejlove i pokušali da komuniciramo sa predstavnicima ćaskanja uživo, kao i sa članovima pridruženog tima. Nažalost, svi napori da se reši bilo kakav problem su zamrli jer su pritužbe rasle u broju. Strogo preporučujemo da se držite podalje od Nacionalnog kazina.
Možda biste mogli da pokušate da kontaktirate zvaničnu licencu. Osim toga, ne mogu da preporučim dalje korake.
Kazino može ponovo da otvori ovu žalbu u bilo kom trenutku.

Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 10+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.
Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of National Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.
We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from National Casino.
Perhaps you could try contacting an official license. Other than that I am not able to recommend any further steps.
The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
