Ukratko, moj nalog je zabranjen kada sam pokušao da proverim. Rečeno mi je da to ima neke veze sa činjenicom da sam napisao svoju e-poštu gde bi zapravo trebalo da bude adresa. Ništa od ovoga ne razumem, jer sam napisao da je moja adresa sandertunet 47 takva kakva jeste.
Mislim da je čudno što nisam dobio nikakvo obaveštenje ni o čemu tek posle mesec dana. Rečeno mi je da pošaljem svoj bankovni izvod podršci putem e-pošte, što sam već uradio nekoliko puta.
Sada su dobili novi odgovor putem e-pošte. koji treba da sadrži ono što su tražili, pa da mi ponovo otvore račun sa novcem koji je bio tamo. Videćemo koliko će im trebati pre nego što sada dobijem odgovor.
Nažalost, još nismo stigli dalje

In short, my account was banned when I tried to verify. I am told it has something to do with the fact that I wrote my email where the address should actually be. I understand nothing of this, because I wrote that my address is sandertunet 47 as it is.
I think it's strange that I didn't get any notification about anything until after a month. Was told to send my bank statement to support by email, which I have already done several times.
They have now received a new reply by email. which should contain what they have asked for, so that they can open my account again with the money that was there. We'll see how long they take before I get an answer now.
