Hvala vam puno što ste podneli žalbu. Žao mi je što čujem za vaš problem. Dok mnoga kazina zahtevaju od igrača da oklade svoje depozite bar jednom (što je obično navedeno u njihovoj AML politici), verujemo da kazina ne bi trebalo da zahtevaju od igrača da opklade depozite koji su već izgubljeni.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. While many casinos require players to wager their deposits at least once (which is usually stated in their AML policy), we believe that casinos should not request players to wager deposits that have already been lost.
Could you please forward all the relevant communication between you and the casino to kristina.s@casino.guru? Alternatively, you can post it here.
