Uporedo sa kontaktiranjem kazina putem ćaskanja uživo, poslao sam e-poštu podršci koja je bila veoma brza u slanju e-pošte svaki put.
Moja anksioznost je nastala zbog nejasnih odgovora.. ako ne dobijem jasan odgovor da li će mi biti vraćen novac, mejlovi su bili veoma prijateljski i ljubazni, jednostavno su me tražili da budem strpljiv i moj zahtev će biti obrađen itd.

Nakon što sam kliknuo na povlačenje prvi put kada je 500 dolara nestalo ostavljajući mi originalnih 50 dolara sa kojima sam nameravao da igram, pa sam počeo da igram, a onda sam video da se 500 dolara ponovo prikazuje i prestao, a zatim nastavio da šaljem podršku e-poštom, nakon toga je nalog zaključan sa 568 dolara jer sam dobio funkciju dok sam igrao sa 50 dolara
Sve se to dogodilo u četvrtak, 12.
Upravo sam večeras primio e-poruku u kojoj se traži ime i adresa moje banke, bsb i broj računa, ali nema drugih informacija, Jm pod pretpostavkom da je to značilo da je moj zahtev bio uspešan.
Međutim, ne razumem zašto bi im bili potrebni detalji o računu kada imaju podatke o kartici na koju sam deponovao.

Along with contacting casino via live chat I emailed support who were very prompt in emailing me back each and every time.
My anxiety was due to there unclear answers.. not getting a clear answer weather I would be refunded, the emails were very friendly and courteous simply asking me to be patient and my request would be processed etc…
Yes it was my first deposit at the casino
After I clicked withdraw the first time the $500 disappeared leaving me with the original $50 I intended on playing with so I started playing and then saw the $500 show back up and stopped, then continued emailing support, after this the account was locked with $568 in it because I had gotten a feature whilst playing with the $50
This all happened on Thursday the 12th,
I have just received an email tonight asking for The name and address of my bank, bsb and account number, but no other information, Jm assuming this means my request was successful.
However I don’t understand why they would need account details when they have the card details that I deposited with.
I will email the screen shots of my communication with the casino re the deposit
