30. marta, Live Chat je objasnio da imaju problema sa održavanjem i da će to biti rešeno do nedelje, 31. marta - u nedelju 31. problem i dalje postoji, ali LiveChat je rekao da će biti završen u roku od 6 sati. Od tada sam pokušao ponovo danas, s tim da problem i dalje traje, a ćaskanje uživo nije od velike pomoći.
I played in their casino with my money, won a significant amount of money. Completed the wagering requirements and then tried to withdraw my money. I then was told I needed to pass verification, which is fine. I provided, ID, bank statements, pictures of my bank cards and more. These were then accepted by NineWin with email confirmation that I was approved.
I then went to withdraw again, and got told I couldn't withdraw due to verificaiton - I was linked to go and verify again, I checked this and confirmed with Live chat that I didn't need to verify anything else.
On 30th March, Live Chat explained they had maintenance issues and this would be resolved by Sunday 31st March - sunday 31st problem still persisted, but LiveChat said it would be finished within 6 hours. I have since tried again today, with the problem still continuing and Live chat being very unhelpful.
