Zdravo Veronika, obećali su mi povraćaj novca za transakcije od „topcom-a" preko ninevin kazina, platio sam ninevin na njihovom sajtu i njihov trgovac topcom je uzeo sredstva. Ninevin koristi nekoliko različitih trgovaca da uzmu novac za svoj kazino, ovo su kućni proizvodi, turoperatori, dobrotvorne organizacije i tako dalje. Nijedan od trgovaca ne sarađuje sa kazinom ili kockarskim transakcijama. Ninevin je korišćenjem netačnih MCC kodova omogućio kockarske transakcije da napuste moju banku i zaobiđu postavljene blokove. Objasnio sam im ovo i oni su pristali da refundiraju dva od dvanaest trgovaca koji su bili „mahmai" i „topcom", pristali su da refundiraju u potpunosti. Refundirali su puni iznos za „mahmai", ali su vratili samo polovinu iznosa za topcom.
Topcom nedostaje je refundiranje od 3.473,46 funti jer je samo polovina obrađena i primljena— 21 transakcija je refundirana od 59.
21 refundiranih je £3683.53
Preostalih 38 je 3,473,46 funti od topcom-a prema dogovoru i još uvek nije refundirano uprkos nekoliko obećanja.
Imam sve dokaze u vezi sa ovom pritužbom, stalno su lagali sve vreme, u nekim prilikama su mi rekli da je povraćaj učinjen, onda su tražili izvode iz banke jer im je bio potreban dokaz da to nije učinjeno; kada sam im poslao rekli su da će to biti završeno u roku od 10 dana, a kada je proteklo 10 dana, rekli su da neće i pored toga što su se nekoliko puta složili.

Hi Veronika, I was promised refunds on transactions from "topcom" via ninewin casino, I paid ninewin on their site and their merchant topcom took the funds. Ninewin use several different merchants to take money for their casino, this is household goods, tour operators, charities and so on. None of the merchants collaborate with casinos or gambling transactions. Ninewin using the incorrect MCC codes allowed gambling transactions to leave my bank and bypass blocks that are set. I explained this to them and they agreed to refund two of the twelve merchants which were "mahmay" and "topcom", they agreed to refund in full. They refunded the full amount for "mahmay" but only refunded half the amount for topcom.
Topcom is missing is a refund of £3,473.46 as only half has been processed and received— 21 transactions have been refunded out of 59.
The 21 refunded are £3683.53
The 38 remaining is £3,473.46 from topcom as agreed and still remains not refunded despite several promises.
I have all evidence surrounding this complaint, they have continuously lied throughout, on some occasions they told me the refund was done, then they requested bank statements as they needed proof that it wasn’t done; once I sent them they said it would be completed within 10 days, and once the 10 days elapsed they stated they aren’t going to despite agreeing several times.
