Imam veliki problem sa ovim kazinom.
Kada sam video bonus dobrodošlice na vašem sajtu, prijavio sam se.
Pre deponovanja ušao sam u ćaskanje i postavio sva pitanja u vezi sa bonusom dobrodošlice kako bih se uverio da je to pravo za mene.
Inače ne bih podneo dokument.
Agent je to znao.
Zato što nikada ne isprobavam sajt a da ne uzmem bonus dobrodošlice.
Pošto su mi uslovi bonusa odgovarali, otišao sam da napravim depozit.
Samo na njihovom sajtu prvo morate da uplatite depozit, a zatim da uzmete bonus dobrodošlice.
Što me je iznenadilo, jer sam navikao na suprotno: prvo potvrdite svoj bonus, a zatim izvršite uplatu.
Tada sam shvatio zašto...
Kada se uplata izvrši, biram bonus dobrodošlice, ali on ne počinje!
Zato se vraćam u ćaskanje misleći da će to ručno ubaciti umesto mene.
Osoba za ćaskanje mi kaže: "izvini, nema bonusa dobrodošlice" (??).
Dok sam neposredno pre uplate depozita bio u ćaskanju i postavljao mu gomilu pitanja o ovom bonusu dobrodošlice na koje mi je odgovorio!
(Zadržao sam sve razmene sa agentom).
Kažem mu da ne razumem, da nije bilo bonusa dobrodošlice ne bih dao depozit, niti bih se registrovao kod njih!
kaže mi da je to odluka resorne službe... (??).
Kažem mu da želim da mi se odmah nadoknadi.
Kaže mi da nema problema, ali da moram da pošaljem mejl.
Što sam odmah i učinio!
Odgovor je u početku bio da su hteli da ipak odigram svoj depozit, što sam odbio!
Samo tražim da mi se refundira i onda zatvori ovaj račun!
Zato su me pitali za moje podatke (id i e-mail).
šta sam im pružio.
Sutradan su mi rekli da me ne mogu pronaći.
i ponovo me pitaj za iste informacije.
Prijavljujem se na svoj nalog i dajem im ekran da im pokažem da je ovo prava informacija!
Danas mi ponovo šalju e-poštu govoreći mi da ne mogu da me pronađu itd. i ponovo me pitaju isto!
Vraćam se na svoj kazino nalog, uspevam da se prijavim i odjednom sam izbačen sa svog naloga!
Shvatio sam da mi se samo rugaju što mi nisu nadoknadili troškove..
Samo tražim da mi vrate novac i zatvore ovaj račun!
Čitam recenzije igrača i bolje razumem zašto su tako loši.
