Napravio sam prvi zahtev za povlačenje novca 11.2. Posle ovoga, kazino je svaki put poništavao zahteve i nisam dobio nikakvu poruku ili objašnjenje zašto.
Na moje mejlove ne odgovara. Svaki put kada pokušam da stupim u kontakt postoji druga osoba na drugom kraju linije i moram to ponovo da objašnjavam. I rečeno nam je da samo čekamo i čekamo.. pa, čekam već 3 meseca.
