Nikada nisam imao najgore iskustvo od oshi kazina.
Ovo je moj najgori kazino u kojem igram otkako igram kazino 10 godina.
Klonite se ovog kazina, oni će učiniti sve na svetu da pokušaju da vas prevare sa vašim dobicima (neobrađen depozit)
Međutim, napravio sam sirovi depozit u ovom kazinu 24. maja.. Uspeo sam da osvojim 28 hiljada i odlučio sam da podignem svoj novac.
Pre poslao sam dokumente i oni su sve odobrili, živim na Malti, ali sam bio na odmoru u Švedskoj kada se sve ovo dogodilo. Sada kada sam napravio svoj VD, otkazali su ga i pitali me zašto igram iz Švedske.
Sasvim dobro, objasnio sam kako je bilo sa odmorom i ponovo napravio svoj VD, nakon drugog dana ponovo mi otkazuju VD i stalno me traže niotkuda da izađem van svoje ulice na Malti da napravim selfi sa imenom ulice i pošaljem im. Nikada to nisam uradio nikom drugom (drugi kazino, igra preko 100+ kazina)
Tako da sam se posle nekoliko dana vratio na Maltu i uradio to i njima. Posle toga OPET odobravaju moja dokumenta i čak šalju e-poštu da je moj nalog potpuno verifikovan. Sada posle još jednog dana ponovo mi otkazuju VD i traže da odem da kupim nevsletter timeofmalta i napravim selfi sa tim, a ipak su mi odobrili nalog 2 puta, a opet mi nisu poslali 1 VD od 15. Uradio sam čak i to kako su tražili ja. Sada mi konačno nakon par dana pošalju prvi VD na moj revelout za 4000€.
Sada nakon što mi je stiglo prvo povlačenje, počinju da govore da ne možemo više da šaljemo na otkrivanje da ne prihvataju zahtev. Otišao sam u Revelout live chat da pitam da li je to istina i rekli su mi da niko iz ove kompanije nije pokušao ništa da vam pošalje, tražim od kazina dokaz, ali naravno nisam mogao da ga dobijem.
Sada su me zamolili da izvršim bankovni transfer na Revelout i PITAJTE ME PONOVO IZVEŠTAK koji su im već poslali, pa su tražili dokumente koje su već dobili ponovo od mene. Kada sam im na to ukazao, rekli su "ohh, sasvim dobro, sada možemo ponovo da pošaljemo vaš novac" imam pun razgovor sa agentom kada mi oni nastavljaju da mi potvrđuju da je moj račun u redu, dobiću svoj novac 100 puta i oni to rade ne šaljući ništa moje. Sada nakon bankovnog transfera, oni stalno govore da revelout ne prihvata plaćanje u kazinu.
Treba mi ozbiljna pomoć od ovog kazina koji pokušava sve što može da me prevari na mom novcu.
Ne mogu da vam otpremim nijednu datoteku pa bih želeo da me vaš tim za žalbe kontaktira mojom e-poštom kako bih vam mogao dostaviti transkript ćaskanja ovog odobrenja gde navode da je sve u redu

I never been have worst experince than on oshi casino.
This is on my top worst casino i been playing on since i play casino 10 years.
Stay away from this casino, they will do everything in the world to try to scam you on your winnings ( Raw deposit )
However i did make a raw deposit on this casino 24th of may.. I manage to win 28k and did decided to withdrawal my money.
I did before send documents and they did approve all, im living in Malta but was on vacation in Sweden when this all did happened. Now when i did make my WD they cancel it and did ask me why i was playing from sweden.
Totally fine, i did explain how it was with vacation and made my WD again, after another day they cancel again my WD and keep asking me now from nowhere to go outside my street in Malta to take selfie with street name and send to them. Never have done that to anyone else ( other casino , playing over 100+ casinos )
So after a couple of days i came back to Malta and did that also to them. After that they approve my documents AGAIN and even send email that my account is full verified. Now after another day they cancel again my WD and ask me to go and buy newsletter timeofmalta and take selfie with that and still they have approve my account 2 times and yet not send me 1 WD out of 15. I did even that as they asked me. Now finally after a couple of days they send me first WD to my revelout on 4000€.
Now aftet that the first withdrawal has came to me, they start to tell we cannot send anymore to revelout they do not accept the request. I went to Revelout live chat to ask if its true and they told me nobody has from this company tried to send you anything, i ask the casino for proof but could of course not get it.
Now they asked me to make wire transfer to revelout and ASK ME AGAIN for BANKSTATEMENT which is have send to them already, so they asking for documents they got already again from me. When i point out that to them, they said " ohh totally fine now we can send again your money" i have full chat with the agent when they keep on confirming me my accounts its fine , i will get my money 100 times and they do not sending my anything. Now after the wire transfer they keeping telling revelout does not accept casino payment..
I need some serious help here from this scam casino that trying everything they can to scam me on my money.

Oni sigurno ne žele da me isplate, ali to me neće držati podalje i naterati me da prestanem da ih lovim

I havent got any response from the casino at all
Neither have they sent me a email when they will proceed with my manual withdrawal
Every attempt of being in contact with their incompetent Customer Support they send auto-responsive messages and keep me in the same loop of bullshit
They surely not want to pay me out but that wont keep me away and make me stop hunting them
I will really need your help here as i dont want any other to go trough same misstake as me to play on this casino as they seem to scam alot of people with the winnings but when the deposits are made they are happy like childs on christmas

Poslao sam sve dokumente i moj račun je potpuno verifikovan i već sam dobio 4000€ od mog ukupnog dobitka od 28.000€, a onda mi je ostalo poslednjih 24.000€ koje je sada problem za isplatu. U suštini, možda su mislili da mi pošalju 4000€ i nadaju se da ću igrati i izgubiti ostatak.
Dobio sam više potvrda da je moj nalog u potpunosti verifikovan i da sve izgleda dobro i da treba da primim isplate i da se ništa ne dešava sada više od 8 dana.
Ne slažem se da imaju velike količine VD-a jer je bukvalno nemoguće da ovaj kazino uopšte ima igrače kako oni rukuju VD-om. Potrebna mi je vaša pomoć ovde da dam upozorenja drugim igračima da se ne pridružuju ovom kazinu i da mi pomognete ako je moguće da dobijem svoj novac koji sam osvojio legalno i sirovo.
Takođe, povrh svega toga, oni prate u T&C-u koje isplaćuju

8000€ nedeljno
30.000€ mesečno
i ovo nije ništa što sam dobio jer sam stigao samo do obrade prvih 4000€ povlačenja

Basically they did perhaps thinks to send me 4000€ and hope that i should play and loose the rest.
i have got multiple confirmations that my account is fully verified and that all looks good and that i should receive my payouts and nothing is happening now for over 8 days.
I do not agree that they have high volyms of WD because it is literally impossible that this casino even have players how they are handling the WD. I need your help here to give warnings to other players to not join this casino and help me if is possible to get out my money that i won legally way and raw.
Also on topp of this they have following in T&C that they are paying out following
4000€ per Day
8000€ per Week
30.000€ per Month
and this is nothing that i have got as i have only reached to have the first 4000€ withdrawal processed
