Imam ozbiljan problem s Parimatch Casinom i potrebna mi je vaša pomoć da ga riješim.
Na moje veliko žaljenje i iznenađenje, moj račun je hakovan, a 600 USD je podignuto sa mog računa u bitcoin novčanik.
Nedostatak sredstava mogao sam vidjeti tek 3. augusta, jer nisam mogao ući na svoj račun zbog blokiranja kazina zbog činjenice da je unesena pogrešna lozinka. Iako sam ušao u ispravnu i nisam ni zamišljao da sam među žrtvama hakera koji su hakovali kasino sistem.
Nisam kontaktirao kazino sa zahtjevom za oporavak lozinke 01. avgusta u 23:47.
Također, nikada nisam podizao novac u bitcoin novčanik i uopće ga nemam!
U potvrdu da su prevaranti povukli moja sredstva, šaljem vam članak objavljen u javnoj domeni. Na adresu Bitcoin koja je navedena u članku izvršen je prijenos s adrese na koju je otišlo mojih 600 dolara, što ukazuje na kriminalnu shemu. Kao i u članku, dobio sam pisma putem pošte o oporavku lozinke, koje nisam ponovio.
Vjerujem da kazino nije poduzeo odgovarajuće mjere kako bi zaštitio moja sredstva.
I ne bih trebao biti odgovoran, a kamoli pretrpjeti gubitke krivnjom kazina!
U najmanju ruku, kockarnice su trebale upozoriti:
zahtev za oporavak lozinke;
promijeniti način polaganja / povlačenja sredstava;
minimalni depozit i veliko podizanje.
I, želim napomenuti, ove radnje su izvedene u roku od nekoliko sati! Gdje je gledala sigurnosna služba kazina, zašto nisu zatražili lične podatke i dokumente radi identifikacije? Da je kazino koristio barem minimalne metode zaštite, ne bi došlo do gubitka sredstava s računa! Prevaranti ne bi mogli dati moje lične dokumente.
Preklinjem vas da mi pomognete da vratim svojih 600 dolara. Za mene je ovo značajan iznos koji ne želim izgubiti zbog previda u kazinu.

I was able to see the lack of funds only on August 3, because I could not enter my account due to its blocking by the casino due to the fact that the wrong password was entered. I did not contact the casino with a password recovery request on August 01 at 11:47 pm.
Also, I have never withdrawn money to a bitcoin wallet and do not have it at all!
In confirmation of the withdrawal of my funds by fraudsters, I am sending you an article posted in the public domain. A transfer was made to the Bitcoin address indicated in the article from the address to which my $ 600 went, which indicates a criminal scheme. Just like in the article, I had letters in the mail about password recovery, which I didn’t repeat.
I believe that the casino has not taken proper measures to safeguard my funds.
And I should not be held liable, let alone incur losses due to the fault of the casino!
At the very least, casinos should have alerted:
request for password recovery;
change the method of deposit / withdrawal of funds;
minimum deposit and large withdrawal.
And, I want to note, these actions were carried out within a couple of hours! Where did the casino security service look, why did they not request personal information and documents for identification? If the casino used at least minimal protection methods, then no loss of funds from the account would have occurred! The scammers would not have been able to provide my personal documents.
I beg you to help me get my $ 600 back. For me, this is a significant amount, which I do not want to lose due to a casino oversight.

Kockarnica je to učinila ne tražeći nikakve lične podatke. Da su poduzete čak i minimalne mjere, napadači ne bi mogli preuzeti moj novac.
Takođe, u potvrdu svog stava, šaljem vam 2 snimke ekrana (na email koji ste ranije naveli). Na prvom možete vidjeti novčane transfere na bitcoin adresu koja je korištena za povlačenje sredstava od drugih "prevarenih" korisnika kazina. Drugi je povlačenje mojih sredstava. Apsolutnu podudarnost adrese bitcoina na snimku ekrana s adresom navedenom u vijestima ne treba smatrati nesrećom!
Ponašanje kazina mi je vrlo sumnjivo. Pružajući prevarantima moje podatke za prijavu i dopuštajući prevarantima da povuku mojih 600 USD, kazino ne samo da prebacuje odgovornost na mene, već me i krivi!

I'm afraid there's nothing we can do in this case. It is very difficult for the casino to protect itself and the players from such attacks.
