Pišem da bih zvanično podneo žalbu protiv Parimatch-a u vezi sa pitanjem gde je moj deponovani pravi novac pogrešno klasifikovan kao bonus sredstva , što me čini nemogućim da povučem svoj pravi iznos. Evo detaljnog pregleda moje situacije:
1. Klasifikacija depozita i neočekivanih bonusa
Deponovao sam 2200 INR na svoj Parimatch račun, očekujući da će biti dodat kao pravi novac. Međutim, umesto da budu kreditirani kao normalan depozit, moja sredstva su automatski pretvorena u bonus novac bez mog pristanka. U ovom trenutku, moj bilans iznosi 2.600 ₹ , ali još uvek ne mogu da ga povučem ili koristim slobodno. Deponovao sam pravi novac i ne bi trebalo da podleže nikakvim ograničenjima bonusa. Čini se da je ovo ili sistemska greška ili nepoštena primena politike od strane Parimatch-a.
