Zdravo gospodine moje ime je Arup D****, ID igrača--26***9598, 7. januara sam uplatio rs 5150, ali nažalost iznos odbijen sa mog bankovnog računa, ali ne i kreditiran paritch račun, kontaktirao sam klijenta nekoliko puta, prvo kažu da će iznos biti postavljen u roku od 5 radnih dana, znači 12/01/2024, nakon toga će biti vraćen 15/01/24. Ali danas je 16.01.24, iznos još nije uplaćen.
Svaki put kada kontaktiram korisničku podršku, uveravali su me da će moj problem uskoro biti rešen. Tražili su izvod iz banke, takođe dajem. Ali rezultat je nula. Imam sve snimke ekrana ćaskanja sa servisnom brigom, ako tražite, mogu vam dati.

Hello sir my name is Arup D****, player id--26***9598, on 7th January I made deposit rs 5150, but unfortunately the amount deducted from my bank account, but not credited parimatch account, i contacted customer several times, they firstly say that amount will be uploaded within 5 business days means 12/01/2024, after that it will be refunded 15/01/24. But today is 16/01/24, the amount not credited yet.
Every time i contact customer support, they assured me that my problem will be solved shortly. They asked bank statement, i provide also. But result is zero. I have all screenshots of chat with service care, if you asked to provide, I can provide.
