Pišem vam da pokrenem pitanje o: kockanju
Problem sa kojim sam se suočio bio je: podneo sam zahtev za povlačenje od 1600 INR/- 9. aprila 2024. Zahtev je odobren, ali nisam dobio nikakav iznos. Stalno sam se raspitivao o svom zahtevu za povlačenje njihovim predstavnicima za korisničku podršku na mreži, ali niko nije rešio moj problem. Nikome nije jasno u vezi sa zahtevom i tražio je da sačeka do 13. aprila 2024., a drugi momak je tražio da sačekaju do 17. aprila 2024. i druga osoba je tražila da sačekaju do 18. aprila 2024. Ali, nisam dobio svoj novac. Takođe sam dva puta podelio svoje bankovne izvode do juče. Ali, niko nije spreman da raščisti moj problem..
Neprestano sam tražio novac, ali ne odgovaraju kako treba. Odgovaraju nakon što napišem više od deset tekstova i svaki put im treba pola sata da odgovore na moje pitanje.
Veoma je teško čekati njihov odgovor svaki put. Tamo sam izgubio toliko novca. Ali, kada je u pitanju povlačenje dobitaka, veoma nam je teško da povučemo sredstva iz ovog kazina.

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Gambling
The issue that I have experienced was: I made a withdrawal request of INR 1600/- on 9th of April,2024. Request has been approved but I have not received any amount. I have been continuously asking about my request of withdrawal to their online customer care representatives but nobody has resolved my issue. Nobody is clear about the request and asked to wait till 13th of April 2024 and the other guy asked to wait till 17th of April 2024 and an other person asked to wait till 18th of April 2024. But, I have not received my money. I have also shared my Bank statements twice till yesterday . But, nobody is ready to clear my issue..
I have been continuously asking my money but they don't properly respond. They answer after I write more than ten texts and every time they take half an hour to answer my question.
Very difficult to wait for their response every time . I have lost so much of my money there . But, when it comes to withdraw winnings it's very difficult for us to withdraw funds from this casino.
I am really fed up with this kind of irresponsible casino.
I sometimes feel insecure with this casino to play with.
