Pokušavam da podignem novac skoro od 45 dana u prvom su onemogućili povlačenje svim metodama danima, a zatim su omogućili samo IMPS pa sam napravio povlačenje 25. februara 2025. u 21:07 (po indijskom vremenu),
Onda se posle 24 sata pokazalo da je povlačenje odobreno, ali mislio sam da ću uskoro dobiti novac.. ali posle 3 dana sam kontaktirao uživo ćaskanje da novac nije primljen, rekli su da čekaju 5 radnih dana, nastavljam da ih pitam i čekam skoro 10 dana i kontaktiram iznova i iznova i pružam dokaze i bankovni izvod tako da su podigli ID karte #779181,
Od tog dana nema odgovarajućeg odgovora od tima za ćaskanje nakon otvaranja ćaskanja pošalji pozdravnu poruku i nestane satima i vrati se nakon sati i zatvori ćaskanje ako neko odgovori.
Uvek govoreći da „naš specijalizovani tim radi na tome" i direktno zatvaranje ćaskanja, ovo je odgovor koji uvek dobijam.
Takođe sam poslao poštom support@parimatch.in mnogo puta tamo takođe svaki dan automatski generisanu poštu oni šalju kao 'radimo na tome da vaš novac bude siguran, to je to. Iako sam pitao putem pošte i u ćaskanju uživo u čemu je problem zašto ovo kašnjenje koliko još vremena moram da čekam, ali odgovor je samo "Neka čujemo da čekamo više, ne znamo tačne vremenske okvire...."
Skoro je 1 mesec, ali nema odgovarajućeg odgovora, nema odgovarajućeg statusa, nema odgovarajućih vremenskih okvira, usluga ćaskanja i pošte je uvek neodgovorna.....
Prolazim kroz mentalne nevolje i finansijske krize i zdravstvene probleme razmišljajući o ovom pitanju...
Molim vas i nadam se da ćete mi pomoći da dobijem svoj novac što je pre moguće.

Iam trying to withdraw money almost from 45 days in the first they disabled the withdrawal all methods for days then only enabled IMPS so I made withdrawal on 25th-Feb-2025 on 21:07 (India Time),
Then after 24 hours it was showed withdrawal was approved but I thought I'll get money soon.. but after 3 days i contacted live chat that money not received they said wait for 5 working days, i keep asking them and waited almost 10 days and contacted again and again and provided proofs and bank statement so they Raised a ticket ID #779181 ,
From that day no proper response from chat team after opening the chat send greeting msg and disappeared for hours and come back after hours and closing tha chat if any one reply.
Always telling that "our specialized team is working on it" and closing the chat directly, this is the response always iam getting.
I also mailed on support@parimatch.in many time there also every day auto generated mail they are sending like 'we are working on it be peations your money is safe that's it. Even though I asked in mail and in live chat what is the issue why this delay how much more time I have to wait but there reply is only "Be peations wait more we don't know exact time frames...."
It's almost 1 month but no proper response, no proper status, no proper time frames, chat and mail service is irresponsible always.....
Iam going through the mental distress and financial crises and health issues with thinking of this issue...
Iam requesting you and hope much to Help me to get my money As soon as possible please.
