Ovo je očigledno neka vrsta greške u bazi podataka ili šta god na njihovoj veb lokaciji, jasno je da su sredstva još uvek u njihovim novčanicima, ali iz bilo kog razloga se više ne pojavljuju na sajtu. Takođe sam pokušao na svom telefonu i različitim pretraživačima itd. samo da bih se uverio da nije samo neka greška u javascript/html/css-u.

U četvrtak, 29. juna, poslao sam im e-poštu na njihovu adresu e-pošte za podršku (kontakt na peergame.com) koju sam dobio sa njihovog sajta. U ovoj e-poruci sam im rekao za ovaj problem koji sada imam, a koji nikada ranije nisam imao i zamolio sam ih da mi pomognu sa njim. Trebalo bi da imaju sve u svojim evidencijama i pošto je moja ukupna opklada na sajtu 1113,2588 bitkoina mislio sam da će podrška više brinuti od ovoga. Otkako sam poslao tu e-poštu, pokušao sam da ih kontaktiram i preko njihovog sopstvenog sistema za ćaskanje na njihovoj veb lokaciji i upravo sam to shvatio kada sam u svojoj poslednjoj poruci rekao da su „odgovorili na moju e-poštu, čekajući rešenje. Ažuriraću kada i ako je rešeno, hvala vam." To je zapravo bio njihov razgovor koji je odgovarao na jedan od mojih upita nekoliko nedelja, ako ne i meseci nakon što sam ih zaista pitao. Bez obzira na to, odgovorio sam direktno na e-poštu kako su mi savetovali kao što se vidi na slici iznad. Od tada nisam ništa čuo od njih, odgovorio sam na gore nekoliko dana nakon što sam ga primio.
Could you please advise how much was your last deposit?
There are no deposits on this site, other than when you want to play 3rd party slots and/or their own blackjack on the site. That being said, it's with the 3rd party/bj function I am having a problem with. When it works as intended, the deposit is literally done in less than a second and same with withdrawals, it's fully automated and doesn't require and confirmations or such.

Do I understand it correctly that the payment always go from your personal wallet to one of the casino's wallet to play the games or you need to deposit into the casino first and then send it to each wallet separately?
Let's say I want to play dice on the site and I make a bet of 1 bitcoin on whatever result, as soon as press the huge "bet" button that bitcoin is transacted from my wallet to their wallets, if I win something, they in return will transact that win to my wallet instantly. But as I described briefly earlier, if you want to play blackjack for example, then you need to "deposit". Let's say I want to play BJ, i deposit 1 bitcoin on the site. Then it will show I got 1 bitcoin in my wallet when I'm at the BJ table and thus I can only lose a maximum of 1 bitcoin unless I deposit more. I can also withdraw said bitcoin whenever I want. This is what is not working for me anymore, so if I deposit 1 bitcoin on their site since I want to play BJ, it will transact that bitcoin to their wallets and obviously remove that bitcoin from my wallet as well, but nothing will show up in my "BJ wallet" on the site. This is obviously some kind of database bug or whatever on their site, it's clear the funds are still in their wallets but for whatever reason it doesn't show up on the site anymore. I've also tried on my phone and different browsers etc just to make sure it's not just some javascript/html/css glitch.
When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
On Thu, 29 Jun I sent them a email to their support email address (contact at peergame.com)which I got from their site. In this email I told them about this problem I had now which I never had before and asked to them help me with it. They should have everything in their own logs and since my total wager at the site is 1113.2588 bitcoins I thought the support would care more than this. Since sending that email, I have tried contacting them through their own chat system on their site as well and I just now realized that when I told in my last message here that "They have replied now to my email, pending resolution. I will update when and if solved, thank you." It was actually their chat replying to one of my enquiries several weeks if not months after I had actually asked them. See attached image below:
Regardless, I replied directly to the email as they advised as seen on the image above. Have not heard anything from them since, I replied to the above a few days after receiving it.
