Uplatio sam 500 € u PinUp kazino koristeći LTC kriptovalutu. Nakon mog depozita, moj nalog je zaključan, a kazino je zahtevao verifikaciju. Završio sam proces verifikacije i kazino ga je potvrdio.
Nakon toga, tražili su od mene da potvrdim svoj način depozita. Dao sam dva snimka ekrana: jedan koji prikazuje moj depozit i drugi koji prikazuje moj račun. Međutim, to im nije bilo dovoljno. Oni su tražili sledeće:

Uprkos mojim naporima, kazino je ignorisao date snimke ekrana (priložene ovoj poruci) i nastavlja da postavlja nerazumne zahteve za ličnim podacima u vezi sa kriptovalutama. Kao što znate, transakcije kriptovaluta ne uključuju lične podatke.
Nisam napravio nijednu opkladu u kazinu niti sam dobio nikakve bonuse. Hitno mi je potrebna vaša pomoć oko ovog problema, pošto je mojih 500 € trenutno zaglavljeno u kazinu.

Subsequently, they asked me to confirm my deposit method. I provided two screenshots: one showing my deposit and another showing my account. However, this was not sufficient for them. They requested the following:
A screenshot of my personal account where the wallet owner's information is indicated.
A recent screenshot of the payment, indicating the date the payment was made.
Despite my efforts, the casino ignored the provided screenshots (attached to this message) and continues to make unreasonable requests for personal information related to cryptocurrency. As you know, cryptocurrency transactions do not involve personal information.
I have not made a single bet at the casino nor received any bonuses. I urgently need your help with this issue, as my €500 is currently stuck in the casino.
