Pišem da eskaliram tekući problem sa PinoCasinom, gde je moj nalog zatvoren, a nisam mogao da mu pristupim uprkos tome što sam završio proces verifikacije.
Verifikovao sam svoj nalog na zahtev i obezbedio sam svu neophodnu dokumentaciju, uključujući:
Snimci ekrana MiFiniti naloga koji prikazuju broj mog računa novčanika i puno ime (prema uputstvima MiFiniti-a: „Za potrebne potvrde iz kazina, pošaljite im snimak ekrana sa vašeg MiFiniti naloga koji prikazuje broj vašeg računa novčanika i puno ime...").
Potpuna istorija transakcija iz MiFiniti-a (kao što je MiFiniti potvrdio: „Takođe smo priložili potpuni izveštaj o transakcijama koji možete dostaviti trgovcu sa istaknutom transakcijom...").
Moji bankovni podaci, selfi i stojeće pismo.
Međutim, PinoCasino nastavlja da insistira na PDF bankovnom izvodu
MiFiniti ne pruža. Objasnio sam ovo više puta, ali oni i dalje odlažu obradu moje uplate, tražeći dokumente koje ne mogu da dobijem.
Ova stalna petlja zahteva je potpuno neprihvatljiva, a prema meni se postupa nepravedno. Ako se ovo pitanje ne reši odmah, eskaliraću ga regulatornim telima i pokrenuću pravni postupak.
Zahtevam da se moja uplata obradi bez daljeg odlaganja.

I am writing to escalate an ongoing issue with PinoCasino, where my account was closed, and I have been unable to access it despite completing the verification process.
I verified my account as requested, and I’ve provided all the necessary documentation, including:
MiFinity account screenshots showing my wallet account number and full name (per MiFinity's instructions: "For confirmations needed from the casino, please provide them with a screenshot from your MiFinity account capturing your wallet account number and full name...").
Full transaction history from MiFinity (as MiFinity confirmed: "We also attached a full transactions report you can provide to the merchant with the highlighted transaction...").
My bank details, a selfie, and a standing letter.
However, PinoCasino keeps insisting on a PDF bank statement that
MiFinity does not provide. I have explained this multiple times, but they continue to delay processing my payment, requesting documents I cannot obtain.
This constant loop of requests is completely unacceptable, and I am being treated unfairly. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will escalate it to regulatory bodies and pursue legal action.
I demand that my payment be processed without further delay.
