Želim da vas obavestim da sam upravo dobio sledeći odgovor od PlatinCasina (putem e-pošte), nakon što sam juče kontaktirao njihovu podršku za ćaskanje tražeći od njih ažuriranje.
Uklonio sam svoje lične podatke (kao što su moje ime i adresa e-pošte).
Upravo sam pokušao da se prijavim u kazino, i izgleda da su mi danas konačno blokirali nalog, 5 dana nakon mog zahteva za drugu trajnu blokadu zbog zavisnosti od kockanja.
Nadam se da će u ovoj temi odgovoriti i sa ažuriranjem o mom zahtevu za povraćaj novca.

I want to update you that I just got the following response from PlatinCasino (via e-mail), after I reached out to their chat support yesterday asking them for an update.
I have removed my personal information (such as my name and e-mail address).
I just tried logging in at the casino, and it seems that today they finally blocked my account, 5 days after my request for a second permanent block due to gambling addiction.
I hope they will reply in this thread with an update about my refund request as well.
