Imajte na umu da kada pronađete i koristite promotivni kod, to ne znači automatski da ispunjavate uslove za taj bonus. Ponekad čak i treće strane šalju promocije za neke kazina na koje ne mogu uticati. Štaviše, kazino uvek ima pravo da odluči da li ćete dobiti bonus ili ne, čak i ako ste imali pravo na njega. Please understand that when you find and use a promo code, it doesn't automatically mean that you are eligible for that bonus. Sometimes even 3rd parties send out promotions for some casinos which they can't influence. Furthermore, the casino always has the right to decide whether you get the bonus or not, even if you were eligible for it. If you would get a bonus and the casino refused to pay out the winnings, we could try to help you out but this is not the case here. If the casino chooses not to grant a bonus to the player, we are unable to compel them to do so. Additionally, we do not further investigate the reason why you didn't receive it or otherwise penalize the casino.
