Since today 7 hours ago I have been waiting for a refund for 4522 eur. I know that it will be considerably delayed because I have been waiting for days for another one that was not managed by making excuses.

Also, they have always been handled in minutes, but since I won a certain amount they seem to just make excuses and try to drag the process out for days. I am opening a claim because it is not the first time this has happened to me and this technique and other casinos often use this technique.

I request a quick refund as on other occasions, just as fast deposits are managed.

Desde hoy hace 7 horas llevo esperando un reintegro por 4522 eur. Se que se va a retrasar considerablemente porque llevo días esperando otro que no se gestionó poniéndome excusas.

Además, siempre se han gestionado en minutos, pero desde que gané cierta cantidad parece que solo ponen excusas e intentan alargar el proceso durante días. Abro reclamación porque no es la primera vez que me pasa y suelen utilizar esta técnica este y otros casinos.

Solicito un reintegro rápido como en otras ocasiones al igual que se gestionan los depósitos de rápido.
