Four withdrawals in the amount of $1500 each that I requested last week were all cancelled due to "problem with payment provider" (according the the casino). When I ask the casino to do something about it, the support just says "come back if it happens again" or "please wait patiently". They won't do anything about it as long as there are completed withdrawals in between the cancelled withdrawals.
This is causing so much frustration because I have more than $60000 in the casino and the daily withdrawal limit is $1500. It will already take a long time to withdraw the money, but this "technical problem" is causing a longer delay to withdraw the money even though there were some successful withdrawals.
I want the casino to compensate for all cancelled withdrawals by processing a withdrawal in the sum of all the cancelled withdrawals and take action to make sure the future withdrawals are successful.
