Nakon uspešne implementacije, mogao sam da zatražim isplatu od 1730€.
Onda sam morao da učestvujem u skajp video verifikaciji. Nakon što sam ovo završio, dobio sam sledeću e-poštu:

3.1 Korisnik mora da otvori nalog za ličnu upotrebu na Pledoo-u da bi mogao da učestvuje u igrama i uslugama koje nudi Pledoo.
3.2 Račun mora biti registrovan u sopstvenim, tačnim, imenom i ličnim podacima Korisnika i biće izdat samo jednom za Klijenta<...>
3.4 <...> Ako naše odeljenje bezbednosti ne može u potpunosti da verifikuje nalog klijenata i/ili ima opravdane sumnje da je u igri lažna aktivnost, dobici klijenata mogu biti poništeni i račun blokiran.
Zbog toga je vaš nalog trajno blokiran, ali je doneta odluka da se vrati vaš poslednji depozit od 200 EUR.
Vaš poslednji depozit će biti vraćen na vaš način plaćanja.

Pošto ne mogu da razumem zašto je moj nalog zatvoren, a dobici nisu isplaćeni, otvaram ovu žalbu.
Otpremio sam sve dokumente radi verifikacije, ali još nisam dobio odgovor da li je moj nalog verifikovan.

After successful implementation, I was able to request a payout of 1730€.
Then I had to take part in a Skype video verification. After I completed this I received the following email:
Dear Michael,
We would like to inform you that the video verification failed.
According to the Terms and Conditions:
2.5 <...> As a Customer of Pledoo You are held responsible to provide correct personal details such as but not limited to personal data (Passport, ID data), address, e-mail is completely true and up to date <...> If it should become clear to Pledoo that the information provided is not correct we retain the right to block the players account and confiscate all the funds on the account therein.
3.1 The Customer has to open an account for personal use at Pledoo to be able to participate in games and services offered by Pledoo.
3.2 Account must be registered in Customer own, correct, name and personal details and it shall only be issued once for Customer<...>
3.4 <...> If our security department can't fully verify clients' account and/or have reasonable suspicions that fraudulent activity is at play, clients' winnings can be voided and account blocked.
Therefore your account has been permanently blocked, however a decision has been made to refund your last deposit of 200 EUR.
Your last deposit will be refunded to your payment method.

I have not participated in any fraudulent activities and won the winning amount honestly.
Since I cannot understand why my account was closed and the winnings were not paid out, I am opening this complaint.
I uploaded all documents for verification but have not yet received a response as to whether my account has been verified.

Nach erfolgreicher Umsetzung konnte ich 1730€ zur Auszahlung beantragen.
Dann musste ich an einer Skype Videoverifizierung teilnehmen. Nachdem ich diese abgeschlossen hatte erhielt ich folgende Email:

Alle persönlichen Daten habe ich korrekt und Wahrheitsgemäß angegeben.

ich habe bei Pledoo ein Konto für meinen persönlichen Gebrauch eröffnet.

ich habe nur ein Konto bei Pledoo und alle persönlichen Daten sind korrekt.
zu 3.4
ich habe an keinen betrügerischen Aktivitäten teilgenommen und den Gewinnbetrag ehrlich gewonnen.
Da ich nicht nachvollziehen kann, warum mein Konto geschlossen wurde und der Gewinn nicht ausgezahlt wurde eröffne ich diese Beschwerde.
Zur Verifizierung habe ich alle Dokumente hochgeladen aber bis heute keine Antwort erhalten, ob mein Konto verifiziert wurde.
