Hvala vam puno što ste podneli žalbu. Žao mi je što čujem za vaše negativno iskustvo sa Pledoo kazinom.
Proverio sam uslove i odredbe kazina i našao ovo:
„Pledoo zadržava pravo da u bilo kom trenutku izvrši bezbednosne provere na korisničkom nalogu gde se sledeća dokumenta mogu tražiti, ali ne ograničavajući se na (a) identitet Korisnika (b) dokaz adrese (c) slika u boji platne kartice (d) izjava korišćenog načina plaćanja i bilo koje informacije koje Pledoo pruži Pledoo . Pledoo zadržava pravo da ograniči korisnički nalog tokom procesa verifikacije i/ili istrage. Pledoo može zatražiti selfi sa ličnom kartom ili pasošem ako klijent ne može da pošalje dokumente tokom dva dana".
Možete li, molim vas, da nam kažete da li ste već dali dokaz koji je kazino zahtevao, ili ste dali dokumente za verifikaciju u vezi sa načinom plaćanja u prošlosti?
Imajte na umu da kazina u nekim prilikama mogu tražiti dodatnu verifikaciju, što nije ništa neobično.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with Pledoo Casino.
I checked the casino's terms and conditions and found this:
"Pledoo reserves the right at any time to perform security checks on Customers account where the following documents might be requested but not limited to (a) identity of the Customer (b) proof of address (c) payment card colored photo (d) statement of payment method used and any information provided to Pledoo by the Customer. Pledoo reserves the right to limit the Customers account during the verification and/or investigation process. Pledoo can ask about a selfie with ID or passport if the client can’t send documents during two day time."
Could you please advise if you already provided the proof the casino requested, or have you provided verification documents regarding the payment method in the past?
Please understand that casinos on some occasions might ask for additional verification, which is nothin unusual.
