Deponovao sam tamo 20€ preko Skrill-a. Moj nalog je blokiran i zatraženo je da pošaljem dokaz o identifikaciji. Otpremio sam ga preko obrasca za kontakt i moj nalog je verifikovan, međutim to je bilo pre više od 2 nedelje, ali moj nalog je još uvek blokiran.
Ne mogu da kontaktiram pokerstarts jer svaki put kada koristim kontakt formu dobijem neočekivanu grešku, njihova podrška za livechat ne postoji isto kao kontakt forma e-pošte...
Ne mogu čak ni da podignem svoj novac jer nisam izvršio promet, što je smešno kada sam pokušao da zatražim povlačenje dobio sam iskačući prozor „Interna greška (293/5046). Kontaktirajte . Uključite gornji broj interne greške u svoju prepisku." ali kada sam napisao poruku na datu e-poštu, dobio sam automatski odgovor "Dragi bengerardlio,

I deposited there 20€ over Skrill. My account got blocked and I was asked to send proof of identify document. I uploaded it over contact form and my account got verified however this was over 2 weeks ago but my account is still blocked.
I can't contact pokerstarts because everytime I use contact form I get unexpected error, their livechat support does not exist same as email contact form...
I can't even withdraw my money because I didn't do turnover, what is hilarious when attempted to request a withdraw I got popout "Internal Error (293/5046). Please contact support@pokerstars.eu.
