U sredu, 13. maja, podneo sam zahtev za povlačenje sa mog računa u iznosu od 7997 mEth. Ubrzo nakon slanja zahteva, moje povlačenje je odbijeno i moj račun je trajno deaktiviran bez ikakve prethodne najave.
Kontaktirao sam odeljenje za bezbednost putem imejla. Posle 24 sata, dobio sam kratku i nekonkretnu poruku u kojoj je navedeno da je moj nalog zatvoren zbog navodnog kršenja pravila. Nikada nisu dostavljeni nikakvi detalji, nikakvi dokazi, niti jasno objašnjenje navodnog kršenja pravila. Od tog odgovora, svi moji naknadni imejlovi su potpuno ignorisani.
Da bude jasno, nije bilo nikakvih dobitaka. Dotična sredstva se u potpunosti sastoje od mog sopstvenog uplaćenog novca, a iznos podizanja je čak i manji od mojih ukupnih depozita. Uprkos tome, moj račun je zatvoren, a sredstva su mi zadržana bez opravdanja.
Ovakvo ponašanje je potpuno neprihvatljivo. Odsustvo transparentnosti, odbijanje da se dostave dokazi i potpuni nedostatak komunikacije snažno ukazuju na nepravedno rukovanje sredstvima korisnika.

On Wednesday, May 13, I submitted a withdrawal request from my account in the amount of 7997 mEth. Shortly after submitting the request, my withdrawal was rejected and my account was permanently disabled without any prior notice.
I contacted the security department via email. After 24 hours, I received a brief and non-specific message stating that my account had been closed due to an alleged violation. No details, no evidence, and no clear explanation of the alleged breach were ever provided. Since that response, all of my subsequent emails have been completely ignored.
To be clear, there were no winnings involved. The funds in question consist entirely of my own deposited money, and the withdrawal amount is even lower than my total deposits. Despite this, my account has been closed and my funds have been withheld without justification.
This conduct is entirely unacceptable. The absence of transparency, the refusal to provide evidence, and the complete lack of communication strongly indicate unfair handling of user funds.
I formally demand:
A full and detailed explanation of the alleged violation
Immediate review of my account closure
The unrestricted release of my remaining balance of 7997 mEth
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this case to all available dispute resolution bodies, regulatory complaint channels, and publicly document the full case across multiple international complaint platforms without further notice.
