Podigao sam novac 26. maja 2025. godine za 500 evra jer u to vreme nije bila potrebna verifikacija, kao što je navedeno u odeljku za verifikaciju u mom kazino profilu.
Upitao sam o kašnjenju plaćanja 3. juna 2025. godine, a servis za ćaskanje je rekao da je u redu čekanja.
10. juna sam poslao imejl kazinu u vezi sa isplatom. Dobio sam sledeći odgovor: „Nakon detaljnog pregleda vašeg zahteva za isplatu, želimo da vas obavestimo da trenutno dolazi do neočekivanog kašnjenja zbog velikog broja transakcija. Razumemo da je blagovremen pristup vašim sredstvima važan i izvinjavamo se zbog eventualnih neprijatnosti koje je ovo moglo prouzrokovati."

8. jula sam napravio selfi uživo sa pasošem, selfi sa otvorenim kazinom na telefonu, otpremio sve tražene Mifinity transakcije i sve dokaze za Mifinity nalog. Takođe sam im poslao imejl rekavši da sam sve otpremio i da mi dozvole da podignem novac. Odgovorili su mi da je u toku pregled.
Do danas nisam dobio odgovor i još uvek ne mogu da povučem novac.

I queried the delay of payment on 03 June 2025 and the chat service said that it is in the queue.
ON 10 June I emailed the casino about the payout. This is the response I was given - "Following a thorough review of your withdrawal request, we would like to inform you that it is currently experiencing an unexpected delay due to a high volume of transactions. We understand that timely access to your funds is important, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
Please be informed that our financial department is aware of the situation, and currently working on this for you as we speak. We want to assure you that your money is secure. Once the payment is complete, you will be able to see it in your balance history."
On June 24 I was asked for verification documents to be sent, they asked for: A valid ID

Transaction record from Mifinity covering the period 28.04.25 to 28.05.25
on 08 July I did the live selfie with passport, Selfie with Casino open on my phone, uploaded all requested Mifinity transactions and all Mifinity account proof. I also emailed them saying that I have uploaded everything and to please allow me to withdraw. They replied saying that its under review.
Up to date I have not gotten a reply and I am still unable to withdraw.
Please advise on how we can get this resolved as fast as possible.
