Hvala vam na odgovoru. Nažalost, slike koje ste dostavili samo pokazuju da ste naišli na tehničke greške tokom igre, ali ne pokazuju da je vaš saldo pogrešno podešen ili da su opklade nepravedno oduzete.
Bez takvog dokaza (npr. video dokaza, istorije naloga ili potvrde greške od strane kazina), ne možemo dalje da obrađujemo ovu žalbu.
Imajte u vidu da Kazino Guru može intervenisati samo kada postoje proverljivi dokazi o određenom problemu koji utiče na stanje igrača ili kada kazino ne reaguje ili ne postupa na odgovarajući način. Pošto u ovom slučaju nismo dobili takav dokaz, moraću da odbijem vašu žalbu.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, the images you provided only show that you encountered technical errors during gameplay, but they don’t demonstrate that your balance was incorrectly adjusted or that any bets were unfairly deducted.
Without such proof (e.g., video evidence, account history, or a casino acknowledgment of an error), we are unable to proceed with this complaint further.
Please note that Casino Guru can only intervene when there’s verifiable evidence of a specific issue affecting a player’s balance or when a casino fails to respond or act appropriately. Since we haven’t received such proof in this case, I will have to reject your complaint.
