I am a compulsive gambler and self-excluded. I loaded my card (self-excluded) onto my wife's account with an amount of approximately €6,000. Is it possible to get a refund given that they shouldn't let you load with a card in the name of a self-excluded person?

yes, in December I made the permanent self-exclusion on the Adm portal.

With my wife's account from January to today they still let me charge with my credit card even though I am self-excluded.

From 6000k I had I brought the account to 0..

• Is the player's account in your name, but you deposited with your wife's bank card?

If the casino is not aware you are circumventing any protection currently, they need to be notified for them to take any action and to act to protect you from further play.
