Što se tiče vašeg pitanja o ažuriranjima, pronašao sam tačnu zvaničnu imejl razmenu od 1. aprila 2026. godine, koja dokazuje prekomerne i zloupotrebljavajuće prakse verifikacije od strane 888.ro. Oni su eksplicitno pismeno naveli da blokiraju moju verifikaciju osim ako ne pružim video snimak svog ekrana dok otvaram aplikaciju Revolut uživo.
Evo tačnog transkripta njihovog zvaničnog zahteva od support@888romania.ro „Nakon internog pregleda, utvrdili smo da podneta izjava sadrži određene elemente koji zahtevaju dodatnu proveru... molimo vas da nam dostavite jasan video snimak ekrana vašeg telefona ili uređaja koji prikazuje kako pristupate svom Revolut nalogu direktno sa naloga u aplikaciji..."
Odmah sam odgovorio, navodeći da Revolutovi bezbednosni protokoli strogo zabranjuju snimanje ekrana iz razloga privatnosti i bezbednosti, i zamolio sam ih da ručno ponovo provere moj zvanični PDF izvod za poslednja 3 meseca. Nakon mog odbijanja da ugrozim bezbednost mobilnog bankarstva, naglo su mi zatvorili račun i zadržali stanje na mom računu od 2.425 leja.
Kazino ne može da odbije ovaj zahtev jer je crno na belom napisan u našoj zvaničnoj e-mail prepisci. Štaviše, od tada su ignorisali sve moje direktne e-poruke u vezi sa tim.
Čekam njihov odgovor jer im vreme ističe.

Regarding your question about updates, I have retrieved the exact official email exchange from April 1st, 2026, which proves the excessive and abusive verification practices of 888.ro. They explicitly stated in writing that they are blocking my verification unless I provide a video recording of my screen while opening the live Revolut app.
Here is the exact transcript of their official demand from support@888romania.ro : "Following an internal review, we have found that the statement submitted presents certain elements that require additional verification... please provide us with a clear video recording of your phone or device screen showing you accessing your Revolut account directly from the app account..."
I replied immediately, stating that Revolut's security protocols strictly forbid screen recording for privacy and security reasons, and asked them to manually re-verify my official 3-month PDF statement instead. Following my refusal to compromise my mobile banking security, they abruptly shut down my account and withheld my 2,425 lei balance.
The casino cannot deny this demand because it is written in black and white in our official e-mail correspondence. Furthermore, they have ignored all my direct follow-up emails since then.
I am standing by for their response as their timer is running out.
