Zdravo, dragi timu gurua kazina,
1. jula 2025. godine, uplatio sam 200 evra za kazino bonus od 150% do 300 evra.
Pravi novac i bonusi su odvojeni u ovom kazinu. Pre korišćenja bonusa, imao sam sreće da ostvarim profit sa svojim pravim novcem.
Sada imam 5.303 evra pravog novca na svom kazino računu koji želim da podignem. Trenutno sam zatražio tri isplate od 500 evra. Bonus od 300 evra je automatski otkazan nakon isplate.
Još uvek nisu zatraženi dokumenti za verifikaciju. Na kartici za verifikaciju piše da moj nalog trenutno ne treba verifikovati.
Već sam poslao imejl podršci kazina Abuking i pitao zašto moje isplate još uvek nisu obrađene posle 2 nedelje.

On July 1, 2025, I deposited €200 for a 150% up to €300 casino bonus.
Real money and bonuses are separate at this casino. Before using the bonus, I was lucky enough to make a profit with my real money.
I now have €5,303 in real money in my casino account that I would like to withdraw. I have currently requested three €500 withdrawals. The €300 bonus was automatically canceled upon withdrawal.
No documents have been requested for verification yet. My verification tab states that my account does not need to be verified at this time.
I have already sent an email to Abuking Casino support and asked why my withdrawals have still not been processed after 2 weeks.

Hallo liebes Casino Guru Team,
Am 1.7.2025 habe ich 200€ für einen 150% bis zu 300€ Casino Bonus eingezahlt.
Echtgeld und Bonus sind in diesem Casino voneinander getrennt. Bevor ich den Bonus genutzt habe, hatte ich Glück und konnte mit meinem Echtgeld einen Gewinn erzielen.
Nun habe ich 5303€ Echtgeld auf dem Casino Konto, die ich gerne auszahlen möchte. Aktuell habe ich 3x 500€ zur Auszahlung beantragt. Der 300€ Bonus wurde bei der Auszahlung automatisch storniert.
Es wurden bisher noch keine Dokumente zur Verifizierung angefordert. In meinem Verifizierungstab steht, dass mein Konto zur Zeit nicht verifiziert werden muss.
Ich habe bereits eine Email an den Support vom Abuking-Casino geschrieben und gefragt, warum meine Auszahlungen nach 2 Wochen immer noch nicht bearbeitet werden.
