Nov sam u kazinu. Upravo sam se registrovao i video promociju sa 50% popusta na prvi depozit. Uplatio sam prvi depozit, ali nisam video da je promocija primenjena. Kontaktirao sam podršku i trebalo im je vremena da odgovore. Kada su konačno odgovorili, poslali su mi snimak ekrana promocije, a ja sam im rekao da nemam telefon jer je pao i polomio se, da sam na računaru i da mu ne mogu pristupiti. Rekli su da ne mogu ništa da urade.
I rekao sam im da imaju način da saznaju za njihove promocije, a oni su odgovorili da im je žao zbog moje frustracije i da me mogu uputiti grupi za problemske kockare. To me je zasmetalo. Rekao sam im da me ne poznaju dovoljno dobro da bi me nazvali problemskim kockarem, sve zato što nisam dobio promociju koju mi nikada nisu ni dali. Konačno sam uspeo da im pošaljem snimak ekrana, a onda su rekli da žele novac nazad. Poslao sam im fotografiju potvrde o uplati, a onda je pisalo da mi treba nešto drugo. To me je zasmetalo jer sam im rekao da kada reklamiraju promociju, treba da navedu sve zahteve da bi ona bila validna. Nikada nisam dobio promociju; sve što sam dobio bile su uvrede, kao da su me nazvali problemskim kockarem, a da me nisu ni poznavali. Bilo je to veoma loše iskustvo. Objaviću o njima na svakoj platformi na kojoj mogu jer su me uvredili nazvavši me problemskim kockarem.

That bothered me because I told them that when they advertise a promotion, they should include all the requirements for it to be valid. I never received the promotion; all I got were insults, like being called a problem gambler without even knowing me. It was a very bad experience. I'm going to post about them on every platform I can for insulting me by calling me a problem gambler.
soy nuevo en el casino me acabo de registrar y vi la promocion de 50% en el primer deposito y recarge hice el primer deposito y no vi que me dieran la promocion hable con soporte y tardo en contestarme mya que pudo contestarme me oisio una captura de la promocion y yo les conteste que no tenia cel que se me cayo y se descompuso que estaba en mi pc y que no podia y me dijo que no podia hacer nada
y le dije que ellos tenian forma de saber sus promociones y me contesto que lamentaba mi frustacion que me podia canalizar a un grupo de ludopatas para mi problema y eso me molesto le dikje que no me conoce como para decirme ludopata y todo por no hacer efectivo la promocion que en total nunca me dieron por que el final le spude mandar la captura y ya despues me dijo que ahora queria el billete les mande foto del recibo de pago y luego me salio que necesitaba otra cosa y eso me molesto por qu les dije que porque cuando ponen la promocion deverian poner todos los requisitos para que les valgan la promo que nunca recibi solo recibi insultos como me dice ludopata con problemas de juego sin siquiera conocerme UNA MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA LOS VOY A PUBLICAR EN TODOS LOS MEDIOS QUE PUEDA POR INSULTARME DICIENDOME LUDOPATA CON PROBLEMAS DE JUEGO
