Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa Baloo.bet zbog prekomernih i neopravdanih kašnjenja u obradi moje isplate (1300€), uprkos mojoj punoj i kontinuiranoj saradnji.
Ispod je detaljan vremenski raspored događaja:
- 22. februar 2026:
Zatražio sam isplatu. Istog dana sam završio verifikaciju putem Sumsub-a na Baloo.bet platformi, uključujući verifikaciju identiteta i biometrijsku verifikaciju lica. Moj nalog je uspešno verifikovan i isplata je bila dostupna.
- 5. mart 2026:
Nakon skoro dve nedelje bez ikakvih novosti, kontaktirao sam VIP menadžerku. Odgovorila je istog dana, rekavši da će slučaj proslediti odeljenju za bezbednost.
Istog dana, dobio sam imejl od dpo@baloo.bet tražeći lični dokument (pasoš ili ličnu kartu) i dokaz o adresi.
Odmah sam dao ličnu kartu i bankovni dokument kojim se potvrđuje moja adresa.
- 9. mart 2026:
Nakon daljih provera, zamoljen sam da dostavim dodatni lični dokument (vozačku dozvolu ili pasoš) i selfi na kojem držim svoju ličnu kartu i poruku sa natpisom „0903".
Istog dana sam predao vozačku dozvolu i traženi selfi.
- 12–13. mart 2026:
Zamoljen sam da snimim video verifikaciju, uključujući:
- držeći moju ličnu kartu
- navodeći moje lične podatke
- potvrđujem kazino koji sam koristio
- pokazujući da niko drugi nije bio prisutan
- izvođenje dodatnih gestova (mahanje rukom pored lica)
Snimio sam i poslao video 13. marta.
- 13–24. mart 2026:
Više od 10 dana nije stigao nikakav odgovor.
- 24. mart 2026:
Poslao sam još jedno dodatno pitanje tražeći ažuriranje, jer moja verifikacija još uvek nije bila završena.
- 25. mart 2026:
Konačno sam dobio odgovor u kojem se traži:
1) overena lična karta
2) dokaz o vlasništvu nad brojem telefona
Važne napomene:
- Moj broj telefona je već ranije bio verifikovan putem SMS koda.
- Nastavljam da dobijam promotivne SMS poruke od kazina, koje potvrđuju aktivno korišćenje broja.
- Broj telefona je pretplaćen i ne postoje formalni dokumenti o vlasništvu.
Ova situacija jasno pokazuje sledeći obrazac:
- nema proaktivne komunikacije od strane kazina
- odgovara tek nakon mojih ponovljenih dodatnih pitanja
- stalno rastući zahtevi za verifikaciju
- zahtevanje sve prekomernije i nestandardne dokumentacije
U svakoj fazi sam odmah dostavio sva tražena dokumenta, bilo istog dana ili sledećeg dana.
Rezime dostavljenih dokumenata:
- Lična karta
- vozačka dozvola
- dokaz o adresi (bankovski dokument)
- Sumsub verifikacija (identifikacija + biometrijska verifikacija lica)

Uprkos svemu navedenom, moja verifikacija traje već više od 30 dana bez rešenja.
Očigledno je da ove akcije prevazilaze standardne KYC procedure i umesto toga ukazuju na obrazac kontinuiranih kašnjenja i eskalacije zahteva, uprkos mojoj punoj i neposrednoj saradnji u svakoj fazi.
Ova situacija izaziva ozbiljnu zabrinutost u vezi sa pravičnošću i transparentnošću procesa verifikacije i povlačenja sredstava u ovom kazinu.

I would like to file a complaint regarding Baloo.bet due to excessive and unjustified delays in processing my withdrawal (€1300), despite my full and continuous cooperation.
Below is a detailed timeline of the events:
- February 22, 2026:
I requested a withdrawal. On the same day, I completed verification via Sumsub on the Baloo.bet platform, including ID verification and biometric face verification. My account was successfully verified, and withdrawal was available.
- March 5, 2026:
After no updates for nearly two weeks, I contacted the VIP manager. She responded the same day, stating she would forward the case to the security department.
On the same day, I received an email from dpo@baloo.bet requesting ID (passport or ID card) and proof of address.
I provided my ID card and a bank document confirming my address immediately.
- March 9, 2026:
After further follow-ups, I was asked to provide an additional identity document (driver’s license or passport) and a selfie holding my ID and a note with "0903".
I submitted my driver’s license and the requested selfie the same day.
- March 12–13, 2026:
I was asked to record a video verification, including:
- holding my ID
- stating my personal details
- confirming the casino I used

- I continue to receive promotional SMS messages from the casino, confirming active use of the number.
- The phone number is prepaid, and no formal ownership documents exist.
This situation clearly demonstrates a pattern of:
- no proactive communication from the casino
- only responding after my repeated follow-ups
- continuously escalating verification requirements
- requesting increasingly excessive and non-standard documents
At every stage, I provided all requested documents immediately, either on the same day or the next day.
