Gotovo nikakva podrška od strane korisničke službe. Daju automatske odgovore i stvar se zaglavi. Ovo je veoma uznemirujuće. Kao što vidim u komentarima ovde, deluje kao uobičajena praksa i ne daju kredit mesecima. Postoji li način da ih osporim? Svakako ću prestati da igram ovde. Izgleda kao prevarni kazino.

I sada, posle tri meseca, govore da provajder nije dobio novac od mene, da idem u banku za povraćaj novca, to je šala sa njihove strane. Nisu tražili izvod iz banke, samo nisu dobili novac i to je to, ne razjašnjavaju ništa u vezi s tim. Izgubio sam svojih 4000, molim vas, preporučite da ne koristite ovu stranicu, neće vam vratiti novac. Gledajte iz moje perspektive, uplatio sam im dva depozita od 2000, ukupni iznos je 4000. Prvo su rekli da će provajder za 3 dana dobiti depozit. Čekao sam 3 dana, a zatim provajder više ne pruža nikakve depozite. U redu, kada će? Ne znamo koliko dugo čekamo. Sada su prošla 3 meseca, dva zahteva su zatvorena i kažu da provajder nije dobio novac. U redu, došli ste do tačke gde sam obezbedio ekran, sve je sređeno, tražili su, ali oni veruju svom provajderu. Tek sada mi recite kako da im verujem. Uplatio sam više od 100000 tog meseca, sada ne uplaćujem depozit već 3 meseca, sada postoje problemi sa poverenjem. Ljudi ovde čekaju depozit godinama, tako da već gubim nadu u njih. Uštedite svoj novac.

Hardly any support from the customer service. They give automated response and matter is stuck. This is very disturbing. As i can see in the comments here it seems like a common practice and they don’t credit for months. Is there any way to contest them? I will anyways stop playing here. Looks like a fraud casino.

And now after three month they were saying provider didn't got any money from my side go to bank for refund is this is a joke from there side. Not asking for bank statement anything just they didn't got the money and that's it not clearing anything about it. I lose my 4000 please recommend that do not use this site they won't give your money back, look from my prospactive I paid them two deposit of 2000 totel amount is 4000 , first they told in 3 days provider will awnser i waited 3 days , then the provider is not providing any awnsrs ok when will he , We dont know the time fraim wait , ok now 3 months passed two request closed saying provider didnot got any money ok hooow you got to the point i provided screen sorts everything they asked but they trust there provider only now tell me that how i will trust them , i dposited more then 100000 on that month now not depositing from 3 months trust issues now, people here waiting for there deposit from years now so i alredy lose hope on them , save your money
