Among other points, the casino team highlighted the following:
On 1 November 2025, our sportsbook provider Betby raised a risk alert for abnormal betting behaviour. Following this notification, our BetGoat compliance team conducted a review and confirmed the provider’s findings. As per our Terms of Service, accounts engaged in abnormal or non-compliant betting patterns are subject to action by our risk department, including the forfeiture of winnings and balances.
Since we don't have enough insight into this field of online gambling, we would not be able to provide you with accurate advice or provide a clear, well-founded verdict on whether the casino team really acted appropriately, although all indications are that they have.
