Imam ozbiljan problem sa BetLabel-om u vezi sa pristupom mojim sredstvima.
Završio/la sam kompletan proces KYC verifikacije. Moji dokumenti su poslati i potvrđeno je da su primljeni. Takođe sam obavešten/a da nisu potrebne nikakve dodatne informacije sa moje strane.
Međutim, uprkos tome:
Moj nalog je i dalje u fazi verifikacije
Ne mogu uopšte da zahtevam povlačenje novca
moja sredstva su efikasno zaključana
Više puta sam kontaktirao podršku putem ćaskanja uživo. Umesto da dobijem odgovarajuće informacije, dobijao sam samo generičke odgovore u kojima se navodi da moj slučaj pregledaju „stručnjaci" bez ikakvog vremenskog okvira.
Sada traje više od 10 dana!
Tokom moje poslednje interakcije, ćaskanje je naglo prekinuto i upozoren sam da bi dalje poruke mogle biti smatrane spamom.
Nakon ovoga, više uopšte ne mogu da pristupim ćaskanju za korisničku podršku.
Pored toga, poslao sam više imejlova podršci, ali nisam dobio nikakav odgovor.
U ovom trenutku:
KYC je završen
dokumenti su potvrđeni kao primljeni
nije potrebna nikakva dalja akcija od mene
zahtev za povlačenje nije moguć
Ćaskanje sa korisničkom podrškom je ograničeno
imejlovi se ignorišu
Ova situacija je izuzetno zabrinjavajuća jer trenutno nemam pristup svojim sredstvima i nemam pouzdan način da komuniciram sa operaterom.
Zahtevam da BetLabel:
vraća potpun pristup mom nalogu
omogućava isplate
pruža jasne informacije o mom slučaju
i rešava ovo pitanje bez daljeg odlaganja
Potpuno sam spreman da sarađujem ako je potrebno još nešto, ali trenutno nemam drugih opcija.

I am experiencing a serious issue with BetLabel regarding access to my funds.
I have completed the full KYC verification process. My documents were submitted and confirmed as received. I was also informed that no additional information is required from my side.
However, despite this:
my account remains under verification
I am unable to request a withdrawal at all
my funds are effectively locked
I contacted support multiple times via live chat. Instead of receiving a proper update, I only received generic responses stating that my case is being reviewed by "specialists" without any timeframe.
It takes now more than 10days!
During my last interaction, the chat was abruptly ended and I was warned that further messages may be considered spam.
After this, I am no longer able to access customer support chat at all.
Additionally, I have sent multiple emails to support, but I have not received any response.
At this point:
KYC is completed
documents are confirmed as received
no further action is required from me
withdrawal is not possible to request
customer support chat has been restricted
emails are being ignored
This situation is extremely concerning as I currently have no access to my funds and no reliable way to communicate with the operator.
I am requesting that BetLabel:
restores full access to my account
enables withdrawals
provides a clear update on my case
and resolves this issue without further delay
I am fully willing to cooperate if anything further is required, but currently I am left without any options.
