Nažalost, nakon prikupljanja i ispitivanja svih relevantnih informacija i dokaza, moramo odbaciti ovu žalbu kao neopravdanu zbog kršenja uslova korišćenja kazina – tačnije, postojanja više naloga povezanih preko istog uređaja i sličnih načina igranja. Svaki kazino održava veoma strogu politiku u vezi sa slučajevima višestrukih naloga, a tim kazina je postupio u skladu sa svojim uslovima korišćenja, sa kojima ste se složili kada ste registrovali svoj nalog, kao što vam je tim kazina prethodno saopštio putem e-pošte.
Svakako imate pravo da se ne složite sa ovim zaključkom i možete se obratiti organu za licenciranje kazina ako i dalje smatrate da je vaš stav opravdan, ali mi nismo u mogućnosti da ponudimo bilo kakvu dodatnu pomoć u vezi sa ovim pitanjem.
