Podnosim ovu žalbu protiv BetRepublic-a zbog neopravdanog kašnjenja u obradi moje isplate.
U ponedeljak, 6. jula 2026. godine, zatražio sam isplatu na moj Skrill elektronski novčanik. Moj nalog je 100% verifikovan, a sva moja KYC dokumenta za identifikaciju su prethodno odobrena od strane kazina.
Iako se isplate putem elektronskog novčanika obično brzo obrađuju, moja transakcija je bila „u pregledu" punih 5 radnih dana. Kada sam kontaktirao korisničku podršku, priznali su putem imejla da obrada isplate „traje malo duže nego obično", ali odbijaju da navedu konkretan razlog ili vremenski okvir. Sada njihov tim za podršku potpuno ignoriše moje imejlove sa naknadnim pitanjima.
Poštovao/la sam sva pravila, moj račun je čist, a sredstva se zadržavaju bez ikakvog valjanog objašnjenja. Molim posredovanje Casino Guru-a da mi pomogne da vratim sredstva na svoj Skrill račun.

I am filing this complaint against BetRepublic due to an unjustified delay in processing my withdrawal.
On Monday, July 6th, 2026, I requested a withdrawal to my Skrill e-wallet. My account is 100% verified, and all my KYC identity documents were previously approved by the casino.
Although e-wallet withdrawals are usually processed quickly, my transaction has been stuck "under review" for 5 full business days. When I contacted customer support, they admitted via email that the withdrawal is "taking a little longer than usual to process", but they refuse to provide a specific reason or a timeframe. Now, their support team is completely ignoring my follow-up emails.
I have followed all the rules, my account is clean, and the funds are being withheld without any valid explanation. I request Casino Guru’s mediation to help me get my funds released to my Skrill account.
