Nažalost, tim kazina je prestao da odgovara na moje imejlove. Kao što sam već napomenuo, dobio sam informacije koje pokreću opravdana pitanja, a mere koje je preduzeo tim kazina mogu biti donekle razumljive; međutim, uprkos mom zahtevu, tim kazina nije pružio dodatne potrebne informacije i dokaze kako bismo nezavisno procenili celu situaciju.
Iako smo iz iskustva svesni da se često nalazite u sumnjivim situacijama, mi, kao nezavisni entitet posvećen pravičnosti i transparentnosti, verujemo da svaka tvrdnja o kršenju pravila mora biti potkrepljena razumnim dokazima. Nažalost, to nije bio slučaj u ovom slučaju.
Stoga, trenutno nismo u mogućnosti da podržimo akcije kazina, a konfiskacija vašeg dobitka deluje nepravedno u ovom trenutku.

Razumem da ovo nije zadovoljavajuće rešenje za vaš problem, ali pad ocene kazina uzrokovan nerešenim žalbama mogao bi da dovede do promene njihovog pristupa. Ako kazino odluči da odgovori i reši problem, ponovo ćemo otvoriti žalbu i obavestiti vas putem e-pošte. Pošto kazino posluje bez važeće licence i ne poziva se ni na jednu ADR uslugu, ne postoji organ za igre na sreću kome biste se mogli obratiti.

As I have mentioned before, I have received information that raises valid questions, and the actions taken by the casino team can be somewhat understandable; however, despite my request, the casino team has not provided the additional necessary information and evidence for us to independently assess the whole situation.
While we are aware from experience that you frequently find yourself in questionable situations, we, as an independent entity dedicated to fairness and transparency, hold the belief that any claim of a rule violation must be substantiated by reasonable evidence. Unfortunately, this was not the situation in this instance.
As such, we are currently unable to support the casino’s actions, and the confiscation of your winnings seems to be unfair at this point.
This lack of transparency does not align with the fair practices we strive to uphold in fostering a just gambling environment for both players and operators. Therefore, we have no choice but to close this complaint as unresolved—insufficient evidence from the casino.
I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue, but the decrease in the casino's rating caused by unresolved complaints could prompt a change in their approach. If the casino decides to respond and resolve the issue, we will reopen the complaint and notify you by email. Since the casino operates without a valid licence and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.
