Želim da podnesem žalbu protiv kazina Boa Boa.
Prvobitno sam zatražio samoisključenje 24. marta 2025. godine, navodeći kao razlog problem sa kockanjem i prekomerno trošenje. Dobio sam odgovor da je kazino primio moj zahtev. Moj nalog je ostao otvoren, pa sam se javio putem e-pošte 27. marta 2025. godine. Ponovo, nije bilo odgovora i moj nalog nije zatvoren.
7., 8. i 10. jula 2025. godine poslao sam više imejlova sa zahtevom za samoisključenje. Ponovo sam dobio potvrdu da su primili moj zahtev, ali je moj nalog ostao otvoren.
Dana 23, 24, 26, 27. i 29. septembra, kao i 2, 3. i 6. oktobra 2025. godine, podneo sam zahteve putem e-pošte i ćaskanja tražeći da mi se nalog zatvori zbog problematičnog kockanja. Podneo sam žalbu kazinu 27. septembra. Konačno su mi zatvorili nalog 6. oktobra 2025. godine.
Kazino nije poštovao propise o odgovornom kockanju tako što je nastavio da ignoriše moje zahteve i dozvolio mi da nastavim da uplaćujem depozite. Pratio sam procedure koje su naveli na veb stranici, kontaktirao sam Chat koji me je takođe uputio da pošaljem imejlove, koje je kazino pokazao kao potvrdu da su moji zahtevi primljeni. Mesecima su ignorisali moje zahteve. Tek kada sam podneo žalbu Casinomeister-u, zatvorili su mi nalog. Smatram da bi trebalo da budu odgovorni i da vrate barem polovinu onoga što sam uplatio.

I wish to make a complaint against Boa Boa Casino.
I initially requested self exclusion on March 24, 2025, citing the reason as problem gambling and excessive spending. I received a response that the casino received my request. My account remained open so I followed up via email on March 27, 2025. Again, no response and my account was not closed.
On July 7, 8, and 10, 2025, I sent multiple emails requesting self exclusion. Again, I received confirmation they received my request but my account remained open.
On September 23, 24, 26, 27, and 29th, and October 2, 3 and 6, 2025, I made email requests and via chat requesting my account be closed due to problem gambling. I filed a complaint with the casino on Sept 27. They finally closed my account on Oct 6, 2025.
The casino did not follow the responsible gambling mandate by continuing to ignore my requests and allowing me to continue to make deposits. I followed the procedures they listed on the website, contacted chat who also directed me to submit the emails, which the casino showed confirmation my requests were received. For months they ignored my requests. It wasn't until I made a complaint with Casinomeister that they closed my account. I feel they should be accountable and return at least half of what I deposited.
Im only able to substitute some of the emails sent, I have more.
