Više puta sam pokušavao da kontaktiram kazino, ali nisam imao uspeha. Štaviše, poslednjih nekoliko dana, veb stranica kazina mi je bila nedostupna i dobio sam ovu grešku, uprkos tome što sam isprobao razne IP adrese i pregledače.

Bojim se da se ne može mnogo postići bez njihove saradnje. Označiću žalbu kao „nerešenu" u našem sistemu. Razumem da ovo nije zadovoljavajuće rešenje za vaš problem. Međutim, smanjenje ocene uzrokovano nerešenim žalbama moglo bi pomoći u promeni pristupa kazina. Ako kazino odluči da reaguje i reši vaš slučaj, ponovo ćemo otvoriti žalbu i bićete obavešteni putem e-pošte. U međuvremenu, preporučujem vam da kontaktirate Upravu za igre na sreću Anžuana i podnesete im žalbu. Uprava za igre na sreću možda ima više opcija i alata za pomoć igračima. I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but have had no success. Furthermore, for the last couple of days, the casino webpage has been inaccessible form me, and I got this error, despite having tried various IP addresses and browsers.

I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from their side. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react and resolve your case, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email. In the meantime, I recommend you contact the Anjouan Gaming Authority and submit a complaint to them. The Gaming Authority might have more options and tools to help players. Please let me know how they responded at michal.k@casino.guru.
