Podnosim ovu žalbu u vezi sa tim što Cashed Casino nije odgovorio na moje zahteve za samoisključenje i nije sproveo procedure odgovornog kockanja.
12. januara 2025. godine poslao sam imejl kazinu Cashed sa zahtevom da budem samoisključen. Dobio sam potvrdu o prijemu, ali nikada nisam dobio odgovor, a moj nalog je ostao aktivan.
Nakon ovog početnog zahteva, nisam ponovo igrao do marta, kada sam uplatio 750 dolara. Tokom tog vremena sam podneo nekoliko zahteva za isplatu koje sam otkazao da bih nastavio da se kockam — jasan crveni znak kompulzivnog ponašanja koji je trebalo da pokrene intervenciju odgovornog kockanja.
Onda sam uspeo da prestanem na oko dva meseca.
15. maja sam ponovo počeo da bolujem i uplatio 400 dolara.
Sledećeg dana, 16. maja, poslao sam hitan zahtev za samoisključenje u kojem sam jasno naveo da patim od zavisnosti od kockanja i zatražio trenutno i trajno isključenje.
Dana 17. maja, poslao sam dodatni odgovor, objašnjavajući da sam izgubio još 550 dolara od mog poslednjeg zahteva i da nisam u stanju da se kontrolišem.
Uputio sam još jedan dodatni kontakt 18. maja, nema odgovora.
Iz tih imejlova sam dobio dve potvrde o prijemu, ali nisam dobio odgovor.
Do danas nije preduzeta nikakva akcija, a kazino nije odgovorio ni na jedan od mojih dodatnih imejlova.
Ovakvo ponašanje je duboko neodgovorno i predstavlja jasno kršenje standardnih praksi odgovornog kockanja. Zvanično zahtevam povraćaj 550 dolara uplaćenih nakon mog zahteva za isključenje zbog zavisnosti od 16. maja, kao i da Cashed Casino trajno samoisključi moj nalog i prekine sve promotivne kontakte.

I am submitting this complaint regarding Cashed Casino’s failure to respond to my self-exclusion requests and to implement responsible gambling procedures.
On January 12, 2025, I emailed Cashed Casino requesting to be self-excluded. I received a confirmation of receipt but never received a response, and my account remained active.
After this initial request, I did not play again until March, when I deposited $750. During that time, I made several withdrawal requests which I canceled to keep gambling — a clear red flag of compulsive behavior that should have triggered a responsible gambling intervention.
I then managed to stop for about two months.
On May 15, I relapsed and deposited $400.
The following day, on May 16, I sent an urgent self-exclusion request clearly stating that I suffer from gambling addiction and requested immediate and permanent exclusion.
On May 17, I sent a follow-up, explaining that I had lost another $550 since my latest request and that I was unable to control myself.
I made another follow-up on May 18, no answer.
From those email, I received 2 confirmations of reception but no reply.
As of today, no action has been taken, and the casino has not replied to any of my follow-up emails.
This behavior is deeply irresponsible and in clear violation of standard responsible gambling practices. I am formally requesting a refund of the $550 deposited after my May 16 addiction-based exclusion request, as well as for Cashed Casino to permanently self-exclude my account and stop all promotional contact.
