Podnosim ovu žalbu jer je Cashed Casino više puta otkazivao moje zahteve za povlačenje sredstava u poslednjih 1,5 meseca.
Svaki put kada zatražim povlačenje sredstava, ono ostaje u statusu „U obradi" 4–7 dana, a zatim se otkazuje bez jasnog ili valjanog objašnjenja. Ovo se desilo više puta.
Nema aktivnog bonusa na mom nalogu i sve KYC verifikacije su završene.
Trenutno sam zatražio isplatu od oko 250 evra. Zahtev je ponovo otkazan nakon nekoliko dana obrade.
Moj nalog je i dalje potpuno aktivan, mogu da igram i uplaćujem depozite, ali mi se isplate stalno otkazuju.

I am submitting this complaint because Cashed Casino has been repeatedly cancelling my withdrawal requests over the past 1.5 months.
Each time I request a withdrawal, it remains in "Processing" status for 4–7 days and then gets cancelled without a clear or valid explanation. This has happened multiple times.
There is no active bonus on my account and all KYC verification has been completed.
Currently, I have requested a withdrawal of approximately 250 EUR. The request was again cancelled after several days in processing.
My account remains fully active, I am able to play and deposit, but my withdrawals are consistently cancelled.
This pattern has been ongoing for over a month and appears to be systematic rather than a technical delay.
