Iskreno, ovo je drugi put da se ovo dešava, Betvejl mi je ukrao 220 dolara na isti način. To je jednostavno toliko demoralizirajuće i oduzima vam svo uzbuđenje i dobru energiju. Nisam tada imao snimak ekrana i zato sam odlučio da to pustim iako mi samo njihovo ime ključa krv.
Juče sam komunicirao sa kazinom putem ćaskanja uživo preko 15 puta (bez preterivanja) i odgovor je uvek bio „poslali smo to nadležnom odeljenju i javićemo vam se putem e-pošte kada dobijemo odgovor". Pokušao sam da budem fin, grub, zao, sladak, prezren, užasan, logičan, besmislen, a sve vreme sam dobijao isti odgovor. To je 100% kao da razgovaram sa botom. Na kraju sam došao do tačke gde sam besneo i više ne želim novac. Možda treba da finansiraju odgovarajući „ODELjAK", kao da nije očigledno da je ceo kazino neki tip u podrumu svoje majke.
Binans nema nikakve veze sa tim, transakcija koju sam zahtevao je uspešno isporučena u novčanik. Što pokazuje da je namerno izvršena. Nažalost, Binans može samo da preporučim da prijavim adresu kao prevaru. Poslaću vam heš transakcije i detalje putem e-pošte.
Nisam igrao od juče i iako sam igrao svakodnevno poslednje 3 godine, mislim da mi se ovi problemi dešavaju tako često u poslednja 2 meseca, da mislim da me je ovaj kazino potpuno odvratio od kockanja...

Honestly this is the second time this has happened Betwhale stole a 220 USD from me the same way. it just so demoralizing and it takes away all your excitement and good energy. I didn't have a screen recording then and hence decided to let it go even though their mere name boils my blood.
I communicated with the casino on live chat yesterday over 15 times (not an exaggeration) and the reply was always "we sent it to the relevant department and will get back to u via email when we have a response" I tried being nice, rude, mean, cute, despicable, horrible, logical, nonsensical, and got the same response all the time. its 100% like speaking to a bot. I reached a point in the end where I lashed out and I don't even want the money anymore. maybe they need to to fund the relevant "DEPAAAAAAARTMENT" as if it isn't obvious the entire casino is some dude in his mum's basement.
Binance have nothing to do with it the transaction I requested was delivered to a wallet successfully. which goes to show you that its intentional. unfortunately Binance could only recommend I report the address as scam. I'll send u the transaction hash and details by email
I haven't played since yesterday and even though I've been daily playing for the past 3 years, I think these issues happening with me so frequently these past 2 months, I think this casino has completely tuned me off of gambling....
