Instead of requesting all necessary documents at once, the casino waits several days, asks for one document, reviews it, then several days later requests another. This process has been repeated multiple times, causing unnecessary delays.
For example, I was asked to provide a selfie holding my ID in one hand and a piece of paper with a verification number in the other. After submitting it, the casino rejected the photo, claiming my ID was not readable and that both hands were not fully visible. I complied and submitted a new photo, only for my withdrawal to be delayed again because they requested yet another document, this time a salary statement.
This pattern of requesting documents one by one, rather than informing me of all requirements from the outset, appears to be an unreasonable delay in processing my withdrawal. I have fully cooperated with every request, yet my withdrawal remains pending after more than a month.
