Nažalost, uprkos višestrukim pokušajima da kontaktiramo kazino, nismo dobili nikakav odgovor niti saradnju sa njihove strane. Bez učešća kazina, naša mogućnost da dalje istražimo ili posredujemo u ovom slučaju je izuzetno ograničena.
Pored toga, na osnovu našeg pregleda, čini se da kazino posluje bez proverljive važeće licence i ne poziva se ni na jednu priznatu službu za alternativno rešavanje sporova (ARS). To znači da ne postoji zvanični regulatorni organ kome možemo da eskaliramo ovaj slučaj u vaše ime.
Iz ovih razloga, sada ćemo ovu žalbu označiti kao „nerešenu" u našem sistemu. Razumemo da ovo nije zadovoljavajući ishod, posebno imajući u vidu okolnosti koje ste opisali. Međutim, nerešene žalbe negativno utiču na ocenu kazina, što može pomoći u upozoravanju drugih igrača i potencijalno podstaći kazino da promeni svoje prakse u budućnosti.
Ako kazino odluči da odgovori u bilo kom trenutku, žalba se može ponovo otvoriti i bićete obavešteni putem e-pošte.
Toplo preporučujemo da u budućnosti birate kazina sa proverenim licencama, dobrom reputacijom i pozitivnim povratnim informacijama igrača kako biste izbegli slične situacije.

Unfortunately, despite repeated attempts to contact the casino, we have not received any response or cooperation from their side. Without the casino’s participation, our ability to further investigate or mediate this case is extremely limited.
Additionally, based on our review, the casino appears to be operating without a verifiable valid license and does not refer to any recognized Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service. This means there is no official regulatory authority we can escalate this case to on your behalf.
For these reasons, we will now mark this complaint as "unresolved" in our system. We understand that this is not a satisfactory outcome, especially considering the circumstances you described. However, unresolved complaints negatively impact the casino’s rating, which may help warn other players and potentially encourage the casino to change its practices in the future.
If the casino decides to respond at any point, the complaint can be reopened and you will be notified by email.
We strongly recommend choosing casinos with verified licenses, good reputations, and positive player feedback in the future to avoid similar situations.
