Kontinuirano poništavanje isplata i manipulacija računom od strane DragoBeta
Moje ime je Tomas Leliveld, igrač iz Holandije i podnosim ovu hitnu žalbu jer DragoBet Casino stalno odbija da obradi moje legitimno povlačenje od 4.500 evra i manipuliše pozadinom mog naloga.
Zatražio/la sam isplatu od 4.500 evra. Prema zvaničnim Uslovima i odredbama kazina, dnevni limit isplate je eksplicitno naveden na 5.000 evra. Moj zahtev je bio u potpunosti u okviru dozvoljenih ograničenja.

A evo i klauzule koja jasno navodi da je igračima dozvoljeno da podignu do 5000 evra u roku od 24 sata:
6.11. Možete podići samo maksimalni iznos od 5.000 € (ili ekvivalent u valuti vašeg računa) u bilo kojih 24 sata, maksimalni iznos od 10.000 € (ili ekvivalent u valuti vašeg računa) u periodu od 7 dana i maksimalni iznos od 30.000 € (ili ekvivalent u valuti vašeg računa) u periodu od 30 dana, osim ako se nismo dogovorili o većem iznosu.
Umesto da obradi moju isplatu, kazino ju je kontinuirano blokirao:
Prvo, podrška uživo mi je rekla da podelim iznos na manje transakcije, kršeći njihove sopstvene uslove i odredbe.
Ubrzo nakon toga, kazino je jednostrano otkazao moju isplatu, označio je kao „Vraćeno" nazad na moj saldo i postavio ručno ograničenje od 2.000 evra na moju stranicu za isplatu.
Nakon što sam im se suočio u njihovom ćaskanju uživo, limit je vraćen na 5.000 evra. Odmah sam podneo potpuno novi zahtev za isplatu punih 4.500 evra.
Ovaj drugi pokušaj je upravo odmah „vraćen" (otkazan) od strane kazina bez ikakvog valjanog razloga.
Verifikovan sam putem KYC-a i dodao sam snimak ekrana kao dokaz, između ostalog.
Kazino očigledno koristi sistematske taktike odlaganja i frustracije kako bi me sprečio da podignem svoj dobitak od 4.500 evra, nadajući se da ću ga prokockati.
Imam kompletan foto dokaz za obe „povraćene" transakcije, komunikaciju putem e-pošte/ćaskanja gde odbijaju isplatu i njihovu stranicu sa uslovima i odredbama.
Samo da bih ilustrovao razliku između preokreta KAZINA i sopstvenog preokreta po izboru, napravio sam i snimak ekrana ličnog preokreta.
Povrat novca u kazinu je jednostavno označen kao „povraćeno" , dok je moje povrat novca označeno kao „Povraćeno od strane korisnika" -
Evo moje komunikacije sa njima putem e-pošte.
Nisam baš toliko politički korektan koliko bih želeo, ali sam bio ogorčen... kipeo, zaista.
Da sve bude još gore, samo su mi stalno slali isti automatski odgovor, a da nikada nisu rešili problem.
Tako NEVEROJATNO GRUBO - tretirali su me kao pseće đubre. 🙁

Continuous withdrawal reversals and account manipulation by DragoBet
My name is Thomas Leliveld, a player from the Netherlands and I am opening this urgent complaint because DragoBet Casino is repeatedly refusing to process my legitimate withdrawal of €4,500 and is manipulating my account backend.
I requested a withdrawal of €4,500. According to the casino's official Terms & Conditions, the daily withdrawal limit is explicitly stated as €5,000. My request was fully within the allowed limits.

And here's the clause clearly stating players are allowed to withdraw up to €5000,- per 24 hrs:
6.11. You may only withdraw the maximum amount of €5,000 (or the equivalent in your Account currency) in any 24 hours, the maximum amount of the €10,000 (or the equivalent in your Account currency) in a 7 day period and the maximum amount of €30,000 (or the equivalent in your Account currency) in a 30 day period unless a larger amount has been agreed by us.
Instead of processing my payout, the casino has continuously blocked it:
First, live support told me to split the amount into smaller transactions, violating their own T&Cs.
Shortly after, the casino unilaterally cancelled my withdrawal, marked it as "Refunded" back to my balance, and placed a manual €2,000 restriction on my cash-out page.
After I confronted them in their live chat, the limit was changed back to €5,000. I immediately submitted a brand new withdrawal request for the full €4,500.
This second attempt has just been immediately "Refunded" (cancelled) by the casino again without any valid reason.
I am KYC verified and added a screenshot as proof, amongst others.
The casino is clearly using systemic delay and frustration tactics to prevent me from withdrawing my €4,500 winnings, hoping I will gamble it away.
I have full photo evidence of both "Refunded" transactions, the email/chat communication where they refuse the payout, and their T&C page.
Just to illustrate the difference between the CASINO's reversal, and an own reversal by choice, ive taken a screen shot of a personal reversal as well.
Casino's reversals are simply marked as 'refunded', whereas my own reversal is marked as 'Refunded by user' -
Here's my back and forth Email communication with them.
Im not exactly as politically correct as i wouldve liked, but i was outraged... steaming, really.
To top it off, they just kept sending me the same auto response, without ever addressing the issue.
So INCREDIBLY RUDE - i was treated like dogshit. 🙁
