After carefully reviewing your complaint, it appears that the entire deposited amount was spent on gameplay. Since there are no remaining funds in your account and no evidence of an unresolved balance or withheld winnings, we’re unable to proceed with mediation.
We understand that unclear bonus terms and technical issues can be frustrating, but once the deposited and bonus funds have been fully used, there’s unfortunately no basis for us to request compensation from the casino.
Therefore, we will have to reject this complaint.
